Hi Rick, Hope you have been well, yes you can get different ratios but not that common, most have a ratio or 2 to 1, a honda GX390 runs full throttle at 3600 rpm to the gearbox will drop the rpm to half that around 1750 to 1800 max, most pumps like a comet RW5530 is designed to run at the 1750 rmp level. And yes most GX390 engines are 1inch shafts. Its rare but you can get different size shafts but these are mainly used in generators so unless you robbed the engine from a generator it will be a 1in shaft.

We either make them ourselfs or we have imported a few from Tucker Waterfed poles before. Just depends on the deals we can find
