this is hard to say due to many factors like a new truck or used truck many times older trucks are not as efficient in gas usage, how much equipment how long is the event and more.
Is it typically allowed for food truckers to have equipment hooked up outside the truck? Like a separate generator running freezers and fridges outside of the truck itself?
not exactly the freezers and fridges BUT the generators are always an external piece of the truck. I personally have never heard of the fridge and freezer being allowed outside.
Can you do a video for a bakery truck? I mean one may not need an actual truck since no baking is happening on the vehicle but would love to know options pros cons from a standard truck. Thank you
I'm looking at "the weenie wagon trailer" but want to customize it for burgers, subs and salad.. very tiny.. but cheap enough for me to get a start in.. but I want pull out the steamers and put a makeline and its place. And then just have an indoor vevor brand electric pizza oven and the odd place gas grill that's outside the window.. which is nice in the summer it will keep the heat out..
