Also Jonathan Harris starred in another Sci-Fi series called Space Academy. Billy Mummy was also in episode of Star Trek Deep Space Nine. Sorry, I can't remember the name of that episode.

The "very memorable" title was "The Siege of AR-558". Don't forget Bill Mumy's five years in the series "Babylon: 5". Or his appearance in the Netflix "Lost in Space" reboot. Or his appearances in "Space Command". Or the legendary film "A.I. Assault" (legendary in that the entire cast disowned the movie. Don't mention it to Mumy or Robert Picardo if you ever get to meet either of them). Or 90s live-action versions of "Captain America", "Superboy", or "The Flash". So that's LiS, ST, B5, DC, and Marvel. I think the only major franchise he wasn't in was Star Wars. As far as his Star Trek involvement, I would rather have seen someone, anyone make a production of "Return of The Worthy" rather than Mumy's DS9 appearance. That's a three-issue run of DC comics "Star Trek: TOS" book coauthored by Bill Mumy and Peter A. David. It was a very-thinly disguised "Lost in Space meets Star Trek" story. Easily worth $25 for the trade paper. Mumy and PAD did other memorable collaborations, like creating the live-action children's series "Space Cases".

Guy Williams was born on January 14, 1924 not 1942. The first time you say Mark Goddard's name you say Mike Goddard and have a banner reading the same. While you're talking about Bill Mumy you say that the series ended in 1986 when it was 1968,

I still watch the show. I have all them of VHS Tapes From Columbia House The Collector's Edition (Lost In Space) They all still work as New. I watch them on MY RCA VCR 4 Head Hi-Fi

Both Williams and Lockhart made guest appearances in episodes of Men Into Space in the 1959-60 (and only) season. Cynics claim the extra "spacefaring" experience made no difference 😢 !

Goddard was an arrogant drunk. I met him at a convention one time and I asked him to sign a comic that he had written for lost in space in the 90s, and he told me the only way he would sign. It is if I bought a photo so I bought the photo. He signed it. And I handed him the book and he looked at me and said what as part of the deal and I said most. Certainly, because that's what I wanted Sin 2 begin with. I'll never forget that interaction plus the smell of booze coming off of him was quite disheartening

3:08. First when you're talking about Guy Williams you said Lost in Space was in 1959. Seemed weird since it was still on when I was a kid, but whatever. Then when you were talking about June Lockhart, you said she joined Lost in Space in 1965. (but she was in the pilot episode which I saw a rerun of) At 11:08 you refered to Mark Goddard as Mike Goddard. Really? At 26:56 you were a little off. Lost in space did not debut in 1965 and end suddenly in 1986. Might have been closer to 1968. Seems like the sort of detail you'd want to pay attention to for a documentry type episode. While you mentioned that Angela Cartwright and Dick Tufeld both had parts in the 1998 Lost in Space movie there were also cameos by June Lockhart, Marta Kristen, and Mark Goddard. Johnathan Harris was offered a cameo, but turned it down. I won't bother to nit pick on any of the actors you mentioned that were only in 1 or 2 episodes, but the good news is that in order to see all these errors I did watch your entire show. ;^) (yay RU-vid)

You dont know the orginal storyline? Prof Robinson and Mrs.Robinson only had 1 child Judy,,, Will and Penny are adopted chosen by IQ testing and trained to be experts in different sciences Will engineering and electronics ,, Penny botany and biology for animal domestication, Major West and Judy were to marry and start a family ,then Will and Penny were after they grew up remember they are a colonization ship this was to start of colony on Alpha Centruari and other ships coming later 10 yrs apart. This info comes from the Lost in Space comic wrote by Bill Mumy for Innovation comics printed at the time Bill was working on Babylon 5.

Though June Lockhart was a year younger than Guy Williams she looked old enough to be his mother on LIS. This was most likely due to the old lady hair style she sported. Some of the most awful hair I've seen on any female TV star.

I had the pleasure of meeting Marta Kristen twice when she came to Australia, I have a signed photo taken with her, I also got to chat with her before she went on stage. I also got to meet Mark Goddard when he came to Australia to promote the LIS movie. I was bitten on the right hand by a dog the day before and it was very swollen, I put my left hand out to shake his hand and said to him why I had to use my left hand and he said I better get that seen to. They were both very nice to talk with. I wrote a letter to Jonathan Harris and he sent me a letter back, I still have the letter he wrote me.

I'm truly beginning to loathe AI readers. God, so many mispronunciations. "Beverly Hills ninety-thousand, two hundred, and ten?" Aargh! "Nine oh two one oh". "Verda", whom you did picture, was silver (obviously). The green-skinned woman, aka "the girl from the green dimension" was named "Lorelei" in one episode and "Athena" in another. No reason for the name change was given.

Guy Williams was in that Sinbad movie I saw as a very young kid and as I got older always remembered that 'quest' feeling: As the only way to kill the evil 'boss' was to travel to his lands, across dangerous obstacles, through a trapped tower to the final showdown. Another more recent movie used this same set-up. I finally found it and have a digital copy. Grew up on Lost in Space and Batman in the 60's.

I still remember Jonathan Harris portrayal as Master Fagon on the ArkII. He was a very good actor. He did a great job as the evil doctor in Lost in Space first year then they turned him into an idiot bad choice the show went to sh!t after that.

The series started out OK, but it soon degenerated into crap. Dr Smith ruined it for me. There was little 'science' and the technology was outdated industrial junk. It descended into, 'What will that clown do to screw up this episode'.

I saw June Lockhart's first appearance in Pettycoat Junction and really appreciated how she managed to find her place on that show. As I recall she had to break into a literal old boys network. It was done graciously. I always felt sorry for Mike Goodard. I felt his talents were under utilized when they switched from a serious sci fi to the comedy format. He would have been a great action character if he had been on Star Trek. Guy Williams could have been a phenomenal star ship captain on Star Trek.

I too loved this Show as a Boy , But Thought it Got a Bit Silly at Times , That put me so Off. I loved some of the Aliens on this Show I thought it was One Terrific. Made Sure that I got home from School so I did not Miss It. Had a thing for Angela Cartright { Penny } Still think She is Hot Even Now she is Older , Have the Series on DVD .
