LPU is bullshit, if you want to know which are the top 10 Worst colleges in india then just pick up top 10 institutions who spend highest ammount of money in advertising! They will be the worst! Did you ever have heard about SNU? It have more money then whole LPU, but they don't promote like this shit, and even they have better infra. And placements are too notch in there.

Kar medical college case, everyone was so angry during that time which was just almost 3 months ago, so I went to check the news and found that there are still protests and hunger strikes going on in Kolkata but the rest of the India has forgot about the whole thing. I graduated from lpu last year and can say what he said about lpu is not accurate. So many of my friends were unplaced and so many were forced to do non technical roles like sales. Placement is a joke in Lpu. I can't recommend lpu to anyone unless they want to spend their money just to experience college entertainment. Please never promote lpu for cse courses, they literally suck, no experienced teachers, curriculum is bad, classic whole day (literally 9-5) sometimes even more, useless authorities, no good placement, fake promises, only thing they have is infrastructure which should not be a deciding factor to join a college

Please don't destroy the lives of students by promoting Lpu. Whatever opportunities you mentioned by reading their scripts are not accurate plus they have so many students, that 90-95% of the students are just paying their fee to provide opportunities for the rest of the students. They are just harvesting students by taking mass admission. Just in CSE last year they took 10+ admission not including mca and bca numbers here. Just imagine how many more students are there for previous batches. They were not able to provide placements to students and take advantage of their situations. PLEASE, it's a request, don't listen to me do your own research and find out yourself

Being a LPU graduate from 2015, things might have changed now. But at that time the only plus point of LPU was it's big campus. Faculty was mediocre, labs were not great, and there was no swimming pool and shooting range. My best friend was a state level boxing champion, and he went to the nationals. The event date of national boxing championship somehow fell on the date of 4th semester final exams. So my friend had to either choose between going to Nationals or give the exams. The faculty said they'll give him grace marks and he'll pass the exams and encouraged him to go to nationals. But when he returned from nationals without a medal, he was marked as absent and failed in the exams. Just double standard at a peak level. He dropped out from university because he was devastated due to this kind of betrayal.
