Sunny's character writing is so good that in the episode with the dennis doll, i could genuinely hear things that dennis would be saying when they were reacting to the doll

The VFX people released a behind the scenes on their channel which follows more of the new formula you're describing and honestly I enjoyed it more then seeing some random people in the challenges. Like I had empathy for this crew of people trying to do the impossible more than some randoms hoping to win money

this was a fucking beautiful breakdown. might be counterintuitive to the point you're trying to make but i'd package it a bit differently. titling the video along the lines of "I Recreated Mr Beast's Squid Game" and set context to you doing it later in the video in the intro. that way it's like a yes theory video where you have this broader topic that you click on, and instead are gifted with a beautiful philosophy of always sunny and how it plays into the future of youtube. super inspiring man, thank you genuinely :)

Another great vid and not a second wasted on fluff. Def something I notice with a lot of longer vids these days that they want a long period of engagement but they retread too much or meander and lose focus. Love your content 🎉

I've always found it entertaining but exhausting, and it doesn't really leave any impact whatsoever. I just found your channel today via the Adam Sandler video. I'm about 5 videos in no!. I've forgotten I'm watching RU-vid a few times your videos are so well done. Perfect balance of everything. Not too long or short. Yet not lacking in substance while not giving us information overload. The fact you often let the clips of your subject speak for themselves hasn't been lost on me either. That or your voice overs are so well done and placed I haven't even realized how well they are integrated into the episode. Plus, I think that may add to emotional impact of your videos. It has thus far for me at least. Great work! Definitely earned a subscriber today. I'm not subscribed to any of the types of channels mentioned in this video. I don't think I am at least as I rarely if ever watch them. Not sure why, I'm sure they are perfectly entertaining. I suppose I just don't like 'reality show' style videos. Maybe it's just my age and I got tired of that many years ago. Regardless I really enjoy and appreciate what you do. Recently I’ve been watching a lot more story focused RU-vidrs even if the video is a slower pace feel like you are getting to know the person behind the camera which keeps you coming back not just to the channel but RU-vid in general. I’m not sure if mrbeasts content will become outdated anytime soon as it is easier to binge but there definitely needs to be more balance. The more time I spend on this platform the more I realise there are so many different ways to create a community

Excellent video and a very good read of the platform imo. The excess and vanity rewarded for the last number of years (at least in RU-vid's almost nicheless mainstream) it already beginning to give way to more thoughtful content. And frankly I can't see ostentatious wealth continuing to play well through a global economic downturn either, maybe accelerating the shift over the next couple of years, but we'll see I suppose. Armchair socioeconomic predictions aside, I look forward to RU-vid's future, I truly believe it will be bright.

Not that you'll see this but I'm not too sure on your interpretation of MrBeast. Although it's likely correct that we are craving an alternate format on RU-vid, established creators like MrBeast have built a reputation on subverting a story and instead creating novel, huge budget, situations. People who prefer a tv-like format will inevitably prefer watching tv. Comparing a good tv show to a youtube video is like comparing tv to movies, although their both forms of visual media, they're fundamentally different and we can transfer techniques from one side to the other but we can't copy formats.

Would you compare that final idea almost to a mutation of the documentary, compare it to a David Attenborough where he tracks the life of a family of wolves for example, you become invested and want to hear the end as humans live on good stories? just a thought

U got a point cause some these faketubers came out of the game master saga where they would fake videos of themselves getting kidnapped and being spied on by a secret entity called the game master and it took over the channels of the more kid friendly RU-vidrs and it got so bad it felt like they were faking comments on each other’s videos to make it look kids we’re believing their videos were real and it’s still surprising RU-vid didn’t do anything about them
