Margin is a similar loan type, investments are still earning $$ and all you need to do it pay the interest...and the kinda cool thing is your dividends ans option income can pay off your margin loan...I have a policy heloc and margin, I use them all

I am paying 6 % to keep up with the plan and I am not so skilled that I can invest elsewhere to beat what I am paying in interest :( with no dependent and no beneficiary I totally regret buying my life insurance plan and want to repay it all 😢
This “don’t compare it to the stock market it’s not an investment” thing is kinda shaky. By definition every dollar you put into WL is a dollar you don’t put into stock market. Zero sum
