Labels does not equate to fashion style. That's just people with money who follow the normal crowd. Truely stylish people are those who dare to really stand apart and follow their own path
Incorrect. Being fashionable is about mixing the inexpensive with the expensive. Or highs with the lows. Being able to actually pair something together, with also having the ability to stand out. Just because a person wears a label, doesn’t make them less fashionable. It’s about how you pair the labels, which many of them have done a good job doing so. This is coming from an incredibly stylish person who practically owns no labels, and has also worked at Saks. But being dressed in Gucci from head to toe, yeah, that’s not fashionable to me.
I LOVE that the 3rd person doesn't wear luxury brands - she isn't a walking advert for Gucci and Chanel, no she sources her fashion from niche designers and flea markets. has her own vibe, doesn't need the billboard prestige that wearing logo-heavy luxe brands signal, yet she has style!
Yes, absolutely have to emphasize that labels do not necessarily equate to style. I do believe there is far more creativity and style in how you put items together that can be handmade, hand me downs, recycled..

My favorite pieces in my wardrobe all fit into the the fashion pallet once again. Every spring & fall I pick 2 colors that are new to the Paris lines. Keep all my expensive things neutral, blacks & taupe. I don’t wear beige and seldom white because my coloring is so light, pale skin & blond hair, I need dark color to not blend in with the scenery.
