Yeah. Seeing Ethan singing and being so full of life and just having fun is heartbreaking now. He should not have been there that night. Such a big loss.

Criminals will watch a House like that filled with female students who are careless and reckless. They also left the doors unlocked all the time. XANA'S friend said they DEACTIVATED THE FRONT DOOR CODE AND SHE JUST WALKED IN THROUGH THAT DOOR. I have never heard of anything this stupid in my life! Jeez these people were just so CLUELESS. Their families must be so sad and disappointed in their behavior. Tragic.
Seeing how full of life they was kills me. The friendship Kaylee and Maddie shared was something really special and not everyone gets a friend like that. It’s not fair what happened to them. All these young people had their whole lives in front of them, only to have it snatched away. It is so unfair! My heart goes out to the victims' families and friends. Very very sad!
I cannot get these kids and their families off my mind. It breaks my heart everyday. I often wonder what thoughts are in Bryan's head as well. Is he sitting in his cell laughing? Is he thinking what have I done? Does he regret what he did, or does he feel anything at all.
thats how you remember people that are no longer with us. you try to memorialize every bit of positive thing about them. thats what we should hear about the 4 idaho students. i wish they would bring more of the beautiful stuff about each one of the students. pics and stories of how they affected people positively. stories, events, anything that we as the rest of the world can get to know the beautiful parts. to celebrate it.and to do something positive in their memory. so their memory lives on.
There personalities come thru in pictures we’ve seen; however, however to hear their friends talk about it is even more heartbreaking 💔 😢. RIP it’s just too sad.
It has to give them some comfort to know that Kaylee and Maddie were right next to each other when they left this world. Can you imagine how destroyed they would be to lose each other? Hearing these stories and seeing these beautiful young adults just ready to start to really live their lives and having it ripped away from them this is beyond heartbreaking. I completely agree with these obviously amazing people makes me wish that I known them or my eighteen-year-old had known them or that I had friends as precious and sweet as they were.

It's so beautiful hearing from loved ones and dear friends. They were all so lucky to know all these precious kids. I don't know how in the world one processes and moves on from this kind of shock and horror. It's truly empowering to see them smiling, like Madison's daddy.😢😭

Gave me insane chills watching this. Unbelievably heartbreaking. When she said she had never met another person like Xana….they were soo so unique and beautiful young adults just starting out. So fucking angry this happened to them. Poor Xana and Ethan ordered their little door dash at 4am that morning. I just hope they got something delicious and enjoyed it together 😢

Every time I read or see something new about this horrible travesty my heart is breaking i cant stop crying for these poor babies in their families. I pray the Lord these families and friends comfort, understanding, and justice.

College students in all the universities should have a ring home security system with cameras focused on all the entrances to the house; and a speaker system to warn any intruders to leave immediately. They should also have self defense weapons like a gun;or a small karambit knife; and tiger claws (it’s a self defense weapon that is designed for women) that his held on the hands.

The large numbers of college students is no excuse for not having a good home security system installed in their homes; and apartments including on campus housing. The private companies that rent out their units to college students should have these home security systems installed in their houses.
20/20 made this episode more about the people who interacted with the victim and the suspect than it did about the actual case and how it unfolded. This was such a pathetically bad episode. Who the hell actually care about hearing stories from the killer's barber? She cut his hair and now she's on TV talking about cutting his hair.
i feel so sad that they will never get to become who they worked so hard to become. I went to college and while i never lived on or near my campus i remember the fun times shared and no one should have to lose their life when they are trying to start a solid foundation to successfully live theirs. I cant say bk is 100% the killer til hes convicted in a court of law for good, but i do know that the 4 victims didnt deserve this. i feel so bad for their parents and siblings!! smh.. just awful. makes me get up in middle of night now just to make sure my windows and doors are locked.
See, that's what these young adults represented was mutual kindness. That is what brings people together is their kind heart and kind spirit, They were good looking as well, but that wasn't what it was about. They cared for each other. I don't know the motive behind this tragedy, but if it has to do with being resentful of young people who are supported, supportive, liked, loved, doing their best to succeed, that's a shame.
We will never know why these horrible things happen but rest assured that there is a God who has everything under control. Someday we will understand but not in this world. May they RIP.
Why didn't the roommate on the first floor who was not harmed, but saw the suspect, call the police at that moment... or check on her roommates welfare after he left? Surprised that was not brought up.

A lot of people in frats/sororities live in the house sophomore and junior year then move out into their own apartment senior year. At least that's how it worked when I was in school.
as a Hungarian watching this though ,I must say that... it is truly disgusting to hear certain people say *these cases get attention because they are blonde and blue eyed* making it about race (even after death they won't leave them be) I think this case got national attention because it is captivating - 4 people + confusing occuring events - (the knife and violence of the crime + 1 vs 4 ? all this is attention grabbing) same with the Gabby Petito case - it got ppl's attention because it was so well documented = more footage to see = more ppl get captivated by their story because she documented the road trip so well... it makes uninvolved people more involved... because it is almost like (forvive the expression) watching a movie. this is the *real reason* I believe these cases got a big reaction. and not "just because of their race" there are plenty of cases where *Anglo/Scandinavian descent people* got murdered and it did not get as much attention as this Idaho and Petito ceses. Respect to the murdered and family members of these people 🙏 taken from earth without God's permission ..the killer definitely should fear his afterlife.
So how did these girls know in the morning about rhe murders if the police weren't called until midday? Who started talking about the murders at 9am, 3 hours before Police were called, if 2 survivors were sleeping until midday? If Hunter didnt turn up until midday, who else had been there to see what had happened to be able to tell people in the morning, if not the 2 girls in the house?
Well once again, not a single word about roommate #2. If she was asleep from 2 a.m -ish till noon ( TEN hours ? ) - thats a LONG time for someone to be asleep, hungover or not. And if she was asleep, why not just say so? Why doesn't affidavit simply say " roommate #2 was asleep and didn't wake up until noon when police arrived " or whatever. The fact that she's not even mentioned in the affidavit is very suspicious in my opinion. As someone who was charged with murder, and won my case, I was housed with only high level crimes, 3 strikers. I was in L.A. county for 9 months. So I've seen a lot of peoples paperwork. There were several high profile cases at that time. The people looked totally normal but had allegedly committed really heinous crimes. One was a hate crime ( think American History X ) one was this person who buried their mate in a marijuana grow field, the only reason they were caught is because the feds were watching the property about to bust them for a illegal grow. I was the only one out of about 15 187's that walked out of twin towers L.A. this was in 1999-2000. And before that, I was in county jail in Albuquerque, where everyone was mixed in together. They didn't keep anyone in solitary over their charges UNLESS it was a crime against a child. As in infant/ small child etc. Regular rapists and murderers were all mixed in. I actually got the reputation for somewhat of a jailhouse lawyer. Even at court, the public defenders would be busy and tell defendants to ask ME for procedures, etc. I was good at stuff like recommending rehabs etc. None of this is stuff I am proud of. But Im telling ya all, something has not been revealed. I just hope it doesn't involve roommate B.F. Can you imagine what people would think say do if that was the case? People would be LIVID. If it was me, no one would be able to stop me from at least writing something via my attorney. Both surviving roommates should have their own attorneys by now. If for nothing else but to negotiate getting refunded on rent, name off lease, property returned, and any future books they may write, navigating getting a refund from the college or credit from FASFA, etc so they don't end up with student loans. Rant over! Sorry just drank a huge coffee lol Btw you'll be happy to know I havent been in jail since the L.A case, nor used drugs. Im a artist who lives a quiet beach life in West Seattle.

Four precious lives... the world was a better place with them in it! Just devastating for the families & friends left behind. It makes me so angry that such horrendous acts can be perpetrated upon innocents. My enduring thoughts & prayers go out to everybody touched by the horror of this.
This was not a serious look at the events that happened (like a date line NBC or 60 min documentary). Except the victims family and friends the rest were came across as actors who were given scripts to read. Pat lalama with the theatrics.

I never even met these kids, and I love em. I can only imagine, what it would be like to have met them. From the story's I heard and videos I have seen of them, I know I would of enjoyed their company. They were absolutely beautiful soul's, and my heart aches for them...... to the point of tears. I'm so sick of beautiful people, being taken away like this. What kind of world is this, why are the elders left to linger, only to bury the young. I swear if i keep hearing about kids drying, its gonna do me in. Madison Kaylee, Xana and Ethan you deserved so much more life...... I'm so so sorry. Rest now... in peace xxx.
