The skin around the eyes is 10 times thinner than the rest of the face, and the skin in the face is 10 times thinner than the rest of the body. Eye cream is created to be more gentle for the thinner skin around the eyes and is supposed to be safer in case you accidentally get it in your eyes. The skin on your bodies is very thick compared to your eyes, so eye cream really wouldn’t be able to do much for your elbow. But always remember to wash your face and moisturize!

The difference between eye cream and regular moisturizer is that the skin around your eyes is a lot more delicate and need a different type of cream/moisturizer for the rest of your face. Eye cream is more formulated for that skin than the rest of your face skin

Phil, Chris, and Benson, have you guys ever gone and gotten a professional shave? SOOOO relaxing!! Starts off with a hot towel (hot as in hot enough to feel great but not hot enough to burn) to open up the pores along with a humectant to lubricate the facial hair. Then the warm lather is applied and a straight razor is used. Another hot towel is used to wipe off what lather is left and then facial moisturizer is applied along with an after shave. Shaving at home just doesn't compare!!

oh hell, I started taking face care seriously in college when I found the enviable baby-butt soft and clear korean skin. Now I have a 6 step routine for mornings, 8 step for night, 11 step twice weekly for "spa nights"..... Jen does 3 and she has better skin than I!? Uuuuuuugghh

As a Blasian, I can relate to the whole “weird wavy” hair thing. The difference for me is that no one knows how to do my hair, so I just straighten it and sometimes wear a cap 🙃

Definitely had to start shaving in 6th grade. Once or twice a week. Um never did moisturizing or eye cream. And always had my mom cut my hair until 11 th grade. So always had the same basic cut.

Don't know if it's the same for other countries but in the Dominican Republic guys have been getting their eyebrows clean for a while now. They're a few who don't but I think most of them do and they get it done at the barbers.

I actually pluck my eyebrows on a regular basis (as a guy). I have some weird stragglers growing on the bottom part of my eyebrows that I like to pluck now and then. I only pluck underneath the brows though. Just to clean up the line there. I like the bushy look on top. Not a big fan of straight eyebrows on both the top and bottom. Feels too fake.

you can use eye cream on other parts of your skin. However, it's also a whole more expensive than other cream.

I’ve always used a normal razor in the 10ish years I’ve been shaving. Electric shaves confuse me. I’ve used it once when I crashed at my brothers place and that’s all he had. It took way too long to shave. P.s. I’ve also never used soap or cream. Just water.

So I’m not a guy or Asian, but I have Chris’ hair problem!! I swam for 7 years and when I started I had fairly straight hair, but now it’s wavy, frizzy curls and the edge of my hairline turns into ringlets whenever it gets wet. It’s super annoying because it’s not straight enough to brush it and wear it down, but not curly enough to just put mousse in it and let it be. I have to straighten or curl it if it’s not up. I feel your pain Chris!

I think the opposite of what Phil said about only going to Asian barbers might be true too. When I lived in China, I once tried to have my fine, limp hair cut short. I think the hair stylist kept expecting it to stay like he cut it but it would just fall flat against my head. My half Korean nephew has wavy hair, when he has it cut shorter it just sticks out all over, so now he grows it out long and it actually looks decent

I only use soap to shave when i run out of gel and too lazy to go to the store. Not a good shave, soap dries too fast!

If you use moisturizer that is meant for the face around your eyes, there is a possibility of getting milia (little hard pearl like pimples). Just an FYI. I can help you guys! I’ll give you a guys a facial! I’m an esthetician. 🧖🏽‍♀️

I have found that in some Southeast Asian countries, skincare is treated more like a regular facet of life by a lot of people (including guys)? Go to the doctor, go to the dentist, go to a dermatologist/take care of your skin. Skin is treated as part of the normal understanding of what you should take care of...in whichever fashion works best for your skin. And that's how it should be! Your skin is the largest organ of your body; you should take care of it. I LOVE facial hair - from a bit of scruff to full mountain man. Some guys do look better clean shaven though.

Im a girl and I don't use moisturizer and anything like that 😂 idk what they do, and i dont care for doing stuff on my face, I find it unnecessary. Washing it in the shower is good enough for me 🤷‍♀️

I wonder how many girls judge me for not partaking in all the care routine stuff. I do things to take care of my skin, but not routinely. And I don't pluck or shape my eyebrows, except for the hairs in the middle
