Beautiful! I was 34 when the Lord brought me my spouse. Now I am 61 and I have never doubted he was God’s choice for me. It was hard to wait, but he was definitely worth the wait! Good word, Alwyn!

I totally agree! 2 years ago, I decided to walk in holiness and wait on the Lord for my Kingdom spouse. In the meantime, I’m serving Him and fulfilling my assignment on earth. It is the best decision ever.

Single hood can be such a gift to the Believer. It is a great time to develop a stronger relationship with God and learn how to hear His voice. And yes, how powerful and strong will a Kingdom marriage when both are LISTENING to GOD. And also, when you are having issues, you need a spouse who will get on their knees and get a prayer through for you. May all Kingdom marriages be established according to God's will.

I receive this! I left a committed worldly relationship earlier this year to pursue the Lord and was very persecuted for it. This man was holding me back from what the Lord wanted for me and was trying to tell me how to live out my faith journey, without having a relationship with the Lord himself. He told me he didn’t love me anymore (because I was changing for the Lord) and replaced me within a month. I still think of him all the time but I know the Lord has better plans for my future. Jeremiah 29:11 Your will, your way, Lord! 🙏🏻

I am terribly sorry about what happened to you. I too just last week got out of a similar situation. God literally did it! God released me from the relationship. I realized that people say things and lie to keep you because they want to live out their dreams with you. The former isn't good although the latter may come with good intentions. But, when you know you have a calling on your life, either you seek and follow God, or remain stagnant, unfulfilled and sacrificing rather than obeying. I chose to obey. I still miss him very much too but, I choose to obey, rather than sacrifice. May the Lord give you strength and lift your head Psalm 3:3. Always make God your first priority and watch Him unfold everything in your life. There's a big shift happening in the world and people are coming to Christ in drones.

My bible school told me 23 years ago while I was a single mom starting the school "we provide husbands here." I graduated in 2004 still a single mom with my son giving me roses. God sent me around the world years without a husband. I am just now ready for settling down, thank God I didnt settle & missing my calling to the nations. God uses singles & married couples.

I wrote down a list and prayed over it. I told the Lord that He knew what I needed. Maybe six weeks later I met him after years of waiting and I knew he was the one based off the list that I wrote. Plus, I had a confidence that he was the one that I’d never felt before. We celebrate our 14th anniversary next month. He is a pastor and army chaplain but even more so a solid Christian man. God is so faithful! This is truly spot on as I experienced about exactly what he mentions.

I pray this almost everyday. Lord put a veil over me and let me only be revealed to the right person at the right time. No counterfeits Lord. But God also recently revealed to me exactly what you just said. While you and your future spouse are both focused on God and running towards Him, that's when your paths will cross and that's when you will meet. Wow. Such confirmation. 😊

Marriage is one of the most important decisions you can make. Unfortunately, I married the first person that came along and told me he loved me. I did not seek God's will and experienced much pain because of it. He left me 3 months pregnant for a younger woman. Please seek God's will.

I've been married for just over 2 years, this is so true. God showed me (at the exact right time) who my husband was. And He showed my husband as well. But I still had a choice, and I could've ended up with anyone else but I know I would've been unable to fulfill my calling in it's fullest so praise the Lord ❤️

I was widow at the time but very lonely & just refused to give in to any man... God said to me to make a list of what I was looking for in a man... Of course number one on my list was it HAD TO BE A GODLY MAN... a man that put God first... (Needless to say I had a loooong list 🙊😂) But got way more in any case... Then I asked God how I would recognise this man as the right man because I couldn't as a child of God & a woman faithful to my church ask every man I saw - "is it you?" God said to me that a bright light would surrounded him so bright that I wouldn't be able to see his face... & it happened exactly like that... Still not convinced & also very weary I confirmed 7 times with God & God confirmed back 7 times either through other people or dreams by giving me the same Bible verse over & over... As long as you have a person by your side that puts God first the rest will fall into place...

That has been my prayer. God will always be my first priority. I’m 39, no children.. caught myself questioning why my previous relationship ended and why I got into that relationship in the 1st place, 6 months ago. But God brought me closer, broke the chains, and the intimacy and relationship we have now, God and I, made it all worth it. I’m here to serve the Lord Jesus, my Savior. I can testify that back when I met my now husband, there was a moment when he was walking toward me and I heard the Holy Spirit speak to me so clear: “It’s him” and I knew without a doubt that he was the husband God had for me. Your story is quite similar to mine. In 2019, the Lord instructed me to let go of the one I was dating then. In obedience I did and as soon as I did, the Lord gave me a vision of a glimpse of my destiny, His will for my life. I am glad I obeyed, it's now I realize I would have sold my birthright if I chose disobedience. I am still waiting on God for the one He has kept for me!

Thank you brother. 🙏🕊This prayer made me cry.🥺 I'm very traumatized after last relationship (c-PTSD, dpdr and dissociation) and I've been scared I would never be able to be in a relationship ever again. But God has been showing me my future Kingdom partner through dreams and visions for years. This prayer was the opposite to the prayer I prayed before I met the person that ended up wounding me. The prayer was "Lord bring me my partner even if we are not ready for it." Biggest mistake of my life. Now I know that the timing is so important and I'm patiently waiting for God to heal me. ❤

This hit home seriously, i have been called names by many friends and even colleagues in ministry because i chose to obey God and ended a relationship God told me will cost my life, ministry and His mandate for me. I was ridicule, mocked and insisted even by friends. I was a young widow but I can attest to the fact that God brought my late husband and me together in a unique way. Because of what I had gone through when I was younger, I was one who needed reassurance from God prior to my getting married. He brought it to me during my time with Him, others would come up and tell me what God had shown them, etc. Now after being a widow for 15 years, I felt God stir upon my heart to pray intently for my husband to be (in the Spirit). I have gotten even more confirmations about him (and I have yet to meet him) than I did my late husband. God has an order about things. He wants the very best for us. The question is, will we seek Him to know what it even is, like Alwyn did?

Alwyn, I am sharing this with my grown daughter, Meghan who just ended a relationship with her child’s father this evening. She really wants to work on her relationship with the Lord and his path consistently went in the opposite direction and they met with a pastor and his wife this evening and both agreed to end their relationship. Your message had so many words of wisdom in it and I know God has someone for her in the future that I am praying that she doesn’t rush into to another relationship that isn’t directly from the Lord. Honestly I used to desire marriage so much but then almost married a counterfeit from the church I served at. Eventually broke it off because from the beginning I knew he wasn't the one regardless what others were prophesying. Since then I've healed but no longer desire marriage though the Lord told me He has a man for me in process. He also told me He hides me. Though I'm completely content in my singleness and adore my relationship with the Lord, I know if He has someone for me, it will be aligned to the Father's heart and His perfect will. I've learned to be content in all things and am feeling very grateful to the Lord for this beautiful season of loving Him alone. Shalom and God bless. 💓🙏

I think this is such a great message for people who want the perfect will of the Lord for their kingdom partner. I've been with my husband for almost 24 years, and I can definitely say how vitally necessary it is to be equally yolked in marriage. I have never met a person like that until recently. Most beautiful thing about this is that we inspire each other to chase Jesus harder than before. I have had a relationship before. He was a good man and he was a Christian. But it was not a kingdom alliance. Now, this man I got to know recently, we're about to start dating officially, but we already minister togehter, worship together, read the Bible together and pray for each other. It feels so natural. I wonder if that is how things are supposed to work when God is all over it and in it. He is amazing and although I prayed for this for 15 years in faith, I am overwhelmed by how God does it. You are totally right as this is how I prayed before we met. I've added: Lord, open the eyes of the person I should be with and let them recognize me. Everybody else, let them not see me.

Wow, wow, wow..... your prayer at the end is the exact prayer that I said to God when I was joining pharmacy school a few years ago. This is just what I needed to hear today. Questioning taking time to be single post divorce when everyone just wants me to be remarried so they know we’re taken care of. I know it comes from a sweet place, but it just doesn’t feel right right now. There has been a lot of growth in my alone time, but it’s been very hard. But I do feel that’s what God is telling me is correct in this season. I do pray that God brings me partner when it is correct for both of us and my child🙏

Thank you for this word, Alwyn. I would encourage everyone who hears it to follow this advice. I can say definitively that it will make all the difference. I was not walking closely with the Lord when I met my husband, so obviously I did not pray about the relationship. It was a huge mistake that I regret now, and believe I’ve missed out on the Lord’s blessings and plans for marriage and my life. He turned out to be an emotionally abusive narcissist and I have had severe depression, loneliness and suicidal thoughts because of it. He took a job in another state, so I have basically been on my own for over two years. It’s been a difficult time, but I am closer to the Lord now than I have ever been, and have learned to seek His guidance in all areas of my life. I apologize for the long story, but hopefully it will help someone else avoid making a similar mistake.

This is what happened to me when I met my husband. I had a time when someone I really cared for (Christian man) tell me he wanted to date my friend and not me (it hurt but we are all still friends today) there was nothing wrong with me or him just that the Lord told this individual to date her not me. After this I prayed and said Lord I will not date anyone until you bring me the right man. I surrendered my future completely to Him. 2 weeks later I met my husband- the moment I met him I felt that this man was the one the Lord brought to me! Our love story was better than any romance movie it was amazing. It is worth the wait. My husbands name is Jonathan and the meaning of his name is "gift of God" and he truly is a gift to me❤ Please don't be impatient you won't regret it! 💕

When you spoke about people seeing visions about walking together with someone, that’s just me right now. I’ve constantly seen someone I met just once in my life within 5 mins, 3 yrs ago in my dreams for the past one year now. The last dream was few days ago where we were both walking together. Every time I pray to God about the person in my life, I end up dreaming of this other person. I know God is not the author of confusion but I don’t understand these dreams anymore & it’s beginning to trouble me 😢 now seeing this video is just timely. In 2012 during a prayer time with God about something else God spoke to me and said that marriage WAS apart of his perfect will for my life. At that time I had a zero desire for marriage so I was surprised yet I received what he said and never thought about it again. I have been serving God and walking in holiness for years and God has definitely been shielding and hiding me. Now all these years later I'm starting to feel a genuine desire for marriage growing and now hearing this word I'm thinking this may be the season. Let your will spring fourth Father and in this era of mass deception give me the discernment to see with spiritual eyes what is true and what is from you in Jesus name Amen.

I’m deep into my assignment already and the Lord gave me this dream a few months ago: I was in a super important meeting that was about the world’s future and in it, there were other chosen people. I spoke up about something and a guy(couldn’t see his face) stood up and put a ring on my finger because the Lord told him so…We often worry because we know that it takes a long time to make decisions, but that’s just not the case with kingdom marriages…

Alwyn, great and very encouraging word. I'm 69 and still waiting for the one God has for me. I got married to the wrong man over 30 years ago and told the Lord if He got me out of this bad marriage I would wait. There are other things I've been patiently waiting for that have yet to manifest in my life. It's been tough, but I'm learning to do things God's way and trust His timing. You may want to pray for restoration with your first spouse as 1st Corinthians 7:10 states "the wife should not separate from her husband, but if she does, she should remain unmarried or else be reconciled to her husband..." Luke 16:18 also states "Everyone who divorces his wife & marries another commits adultery & he who marries a woman divorced from her husband commits adultery. Basically you probably aren't receiving another spouse since God doesn't ordain second marriages while first spouse is still alive. You would be an adulterer if you married again. Do reference these scriptures I gave & also look at Roman's 7:2-3 May God bless you & may you find peace behind this truth 🙏❤️

Thank you brother for obeying the Lord in delivering this message. This is so important for our Christian youth to hear, especially our girls. My daughters walk with the Lord but are constantly bombarded by this world's message:"Hurry up and get married, then you will be fulfilled and loved...etc." Our youth (and everyone, includes myself) need a balanced understanding: desiring marriage is normal, but don't rush in for the wrong reasons.🙏🏃‍♂️

All I can say is WOW!!! Spot on! I too was dating someone who according to the world's standards was perfect. We got along well and my family really liked him. However, close to when we were near the point of getting engaged, I sensed something holding me back almost like the feel of a seat belt. I could not understand what was going on. So I prayed and God spoke to me in a vision and said while he is a nice person this is not who I want you to marry. So I'm still waiting and focusing on ministry and what God is calling me to do in this season. Thanks for the encouragement. I've been waiting a very, very, very long time.
