Parliament elects a President on Friday. An MP stands up to nominate a person. ANC will nominate Ramaphosa, another person may nominate Malema. the voting is done in private in a voting booth by MP's. all it takes is a number of disgruntled ANC mp's who are not happy with the NEC to go in that booth and vote against Ramaphosa. This is actually very possible.
