My mother was a health fanatic who exercised and ate a whole organic completely healthy diet and her cabinets looked like a gnc store slash Chinese herbal drs office but yet she died at 59 from the worst colon cancer the dr ever saw. She was a very angry person and before she died I remember how mad she was at her mother and father for abandoning her, she had a very rough life!!! But I just thought “you’re too old to mad about that still.” But I understand now it doesn’t matter how old we are, it’s up to us to let go and forgive. Not for them but for us. I believe my mother died because of her anger 😡 and unforgiving attitude she was truly horrible to be around and lived alone. But a month before she died even though she was an atheist border line devil worshiper because she read taro cards and saw psychics all the time and that sort of thing. Jesus came to her in the night to comfort her when she was close to death. I was in shock to hear her tell me that “jesus came to tell her everything was going to be ok.” Even though she dude shortly after that it was true. Everything was completely okay. It was her time to go. Thank you Jesus I love you ❤️
I have forgiven everyone and I still cant seem to have kids with my boyfriend of four years now..but I think it's because of a generational curse. I set the example and parted my ways from a brother who controlled my mom 🙏 so he could learn that he can't always get his way and for me to heal which I have. I'm learning how to live again snd yet sad my mom is gone. She is in a better place I just wanted her to be happy here on earth and I can only hope I had a mjaor part in her happiness during all this. Rest in peace mom I love you 💗
Why don't you get married to your boyfriend and come clean of sin? We aren't supposed to walk in habitual sin as believers...unforgiveness or fornication or whatever the sin is. There are consequences. You may find that the baby comes as a result of obedience and covenant with your spouse
I had endometrial cancer and I asked the Lord if it was because of unforgiveness and he said yes. I had a rough childhood but I am making a decision today to forgive and I'm not going to hold them to account. For me I was guarding and blaming 2 sets of bones, my moms and my dad's since they've both died. I was guarding a cage I had put them in of bones.😢 Not anymore! I'm laying them to rest in my mind and I'm not going to hold onto the previous thoughts of blame. Lord help me remember every moment that I've decided to forgive.
This is helpful. I have the same issue. I keep trying to forgive, then remembering things and getting upset. I just don't understand the letting go but. I'm constantly reminded of my childhood and it makes me cry or get angry... It's hard to forgive AND forget. I need help letting go. I'm not remembering on purpose 😔
Humans don’t understand real forgiveness like the pure forgiveness, God gives. Humans always forgive with stipulations or think, I will forgive but I’m not gonna forget or I will forgive but I still won’t ever talk to that person, etc but Gods forgiveness, scripture says is like making a clean slate and as if the person never did anything at all, our sins are forgiven and forgotten when we repent and are washed with the blood of Jesus. It’s so hard to give the kind of forgiveness God gives to those who abused us or hurt the ones we loved but it’s so important that we do. It’s something I struggle with as well.
Yes, Susan I agree with you. I wish that I would have said that in the interview and particularly noted that this is what Holy Spirit told me regarding my own situation. We live in a fallen sinful world and there could be a number of reasons why we get sick. When we don’t know why we should always ask Holy Spirit.
God also healed me several months ago. Not sure what was wrong with my heart but I had a sharp constant pain right in my heart. One day God told me to ask Him to "take the hurt that" my mom and 2 husbands caused me. I said it outloud and IMMEDIATELY began coughing violently. The pain immediately went away, never to return, and my throat was sore all day until I went to bed that night. I had already forgiven them, but apparently it doesn't stop there. God Himself showed me this because I had never heard of this in my life. People, I am nobody special, I just listened to His still small voice, I didn't hesitate for one second, and I said exactly what He told me to say OUT LOUD. It doesn't have to be loud, but you do need to say it with your mouth. One sentence was all it took and God healed me! But I wasn't even looking for healing. I was reading my Bible but it seemed like nothing was sinking in, and I was wondering what was going on. Then He told me to just spend time with Him. I was a little confused because I had already prayed right before I started reading the Bible. But again...I didn't hesitate and I put the Bible aside. He didn't hesitate either, He right away told me to ask that of Him and so I did. God is good.
From today, first and for most I forgive my husband, his sister, my own sister, my niece whine I lived and helped financially and given my time so many times let me down which burst me even more than the others after all that I have done for her. I let it go Lord, please help me to do it. I have made up my mind to forgive, I am sorry for disobeying You Lord, I repent.
Me too! I just read a book called Biblical Foundations of Freedom by Art Mathias. I don’t agree with forgiving our sins, which it does talk about, I do agree with removing all bitterness which I recognize now that I have been harboring which has lead to sickness in me.
Sin MAY have something to do with people’s illness-it’s definitely what God told you about yours. However, it is NOT the case for all illness. Remember the man born blind. The Pharisees asked him: who sinned. This man or his parents that he was born blind. And Jesus clearly stated that was not the reason. It was so he could be used to demonstrate the power of the lord. So when you speak you need to remember to say this was YOUR message from God which MAY be applicable to SOME other people’s lives. However, it is NOT the case for all people.
I HAD MOLD PAST 13 YEARS AND GOD JUST LEAD ME TO IT RECENTLY. It causes me so much brain fog, headaches, sick on stomach, lost so much weight. it was so very bad!!!!! God is good. Keep seeking a and you will find. God saved my life!
We struggle and fail at walking on perfection, we sin today until our last day of our breath, we fail on them but we cannot fail on unforgiveness, not negotiable!!!

I was very angry and unforgiving, but I had many reasons that I have a genetic disorder that doesn’t make my life very easy. I’m on a lot of medication. That’s very strong and God has so blessed me with pretty good health. I’m 66 with not really anything major and I know it’s because of him it’s not because of me because I was not a forgiving person. What she has said is the truth obviously but I’m just saying that God has kept me very healthy because of grace or something. I don’t know.
Children are traumatized as well. They can be affected by screaming and hollering of parents and physical, emotional, and mental duress, divorce, loss of parent( s), and yes by environmental hazards as well as dietary causes.
@ Kellycook2943 Children may have anger or bitterness towards others with out knowing how their feelings are influencing the bodies. Ie; fears, abuses, separations, peer assault, self loathing, depression ect.
You need to go a step forward in forgiveness and meaning to totally hope and pray for that person themselves to find there faith in Jesus and to one day be with Jesus forever and to not go to hell!
Regardless Im glad someone brought up this topic, its not well known and taught, discussed among Christians. Ive been wondering for a long time why christians are not talking about forgiveness. That's the main gospel of Jesus in the entire Bible. "Forgive and you shall be forgiven" "To those that have done unto them have done me" beaware of people around you, many are looking at heaven but its not looking enough at your own neighbor. Every neighbor from the most loving and despising person is an important key to our salvation. Its madness how churches nowadays rather preach the prosperity gospel over the gospel of forgiveness
Thank you Jesus for these ppl who explained were I was going wrong, its hard when we are so hurt by others' abusing our kindness, Its a big lesson to learn, but I will forgive now and move on, Thank you Jesus for leading me to this channel

I wish I could talk to somebody about this. I think I have a very forgiving heart, but I’m a little uncertain about something. A family member of mine continues to hurt me over and over and they never ever say sorry but I forgive them in my heart, but what they do is, sweeping under the rug sorta and then tell me they love me or whatever but they never ever see their wrong or admit or sorry or anything. How does one deal with that like I have no trouble but they never say sorry but do it in a passive way my question is, do I just keep having them in my life so they can keep doing that over and over or I forgive them and set boundaries and not really spend time with them is that the right thing to do? They’ll just keep doing it over and over and I don’t need it please somebody talk to me.
It's quite reasonable for the abused to stay away from the abuser. Just because you forgive does not mean you should invite the same cycle of behaviour to happen again; there is no sense in that. Isolating, setting boundaries and explaining the reasons with this person could be a healing process for you and a beginning of understanding for them.
I watched a testamony of a man who in he's youth as a drug dealer killed a man who owed money but he's now born again and leading other prisoners to the Lord. Will he go to hell anyway for the murder he committed before getting saved?
Forgiveness is easier said than done. How does one forgive those who have done really bad things to them? We may get on our knees and pray to the Lord, and say to Him that we forgive those who have wronged us. BUT...........do we really mean it in our heart of hearts? It is a very very difficult thing to do. Wanting to forgive is a very good thing, and a good start. But: CONFESSING FORGIVNESS IS NOT THE SAME AS ACTUALLY MEANING IT!! At least this has been my personal experience in the matter of forgiveness. Therefore, the best we can do is give it to God and let him handle it; since very few people I believe, are actually capable of true forgiveness.
If not forgiving is the same as murder... the first thing I think of is the leader of any dictatorship when they get their hand caught In the cookie jar. " yea we gave criminals far more rights than the citizens, but forgive us for this mishap or else your going to hell". If that was my choice I would deliberately not go to "heven" because the slogan sounds like it came from a government official. My God will not damn you for not forgiving a demon attack against you. But he would give you the opportunity in time. Comparing not forgiving a hanius act to murder is as stupid as installing square tires to go on a road trip across the country for efficiency. Or thinking Kimberly north Korea is a god. No thanks. Saying that, is exactly the same as Jesus feeling bad when they executed him is the same as him killing people. This is so messed up. Unforgiveness is not the same as murder. Just as eating ice cream is not the same as sky diving.
You have it completely wrong. The only difference between murder and unforgiveness is lack of opportunity for the unforgiving person to kill their abuser. Similarly if you lust after someone you have already committed adultery in your heart; you just lacked the opportunity to do it.
I was literally healed when I had sudden forgiveness to my sister. I use to have major pain in my knees and legs. I had a Hew Year's Eve party with my family and my fiancé's family. I invited my sister that I a few months ago, had forgiven. Mind you I was still in pain. I had tobsetvup a party with just my daughter. I waa in so much pain. After I set up and our families arrived, my susters and I sang to music and danced with eachother until around 1 am. The next m9rning my pain that I had been suffering with, had completely vanished. It's been 8bmonths and still I am pain free. Sometimes with the barometer goes low with storms or when I walk or are on my feet alot I get some pain however when I wake up it is gone! I waa healed by God because I forgave my sister! I had a miracle.
