A "clean user" is someone who got clean, while tommy was anti drug and a "non user"

I was so disappointed with T2 and found that it was exactly the same plot as the original but happening to different characters. To me there was far too much referencing to the first movie and looked like it was an afterthought or a way to cash in after 20 years. Not very good at all.
