Blackpink are ok and they are globally recognizable but jisoo and rose’s voices and faces constantly get me confused compared to lisa and jennie’s and their doors were opened bcoz 2ne1 paved the way for them, plus they got the push from YG.

it was adhd medication. so not mental illness but developmental disorder. neurodivergency is obviously a thing people know about in korea but treatment for it is hard to come by as stimulants are illegal.

Yes, it was Aderall for ADD... I also have ADHD (Hyperactivity Type), but I don't take any medications, but know plenty of people that do. Bom went to high school (possibly also middle school?) and college in the USA. Even though not perfect, at least people in the US are more accepting or open about mental health. It's taboo, especially for idols, to talk about them in Korea. Even to this day, though slightly better, it's still not where it should be. And thus, S Korea with their disproportionately high % of suicide rates. Sad, really.
