On a frosty morning in December of 2023 my friend Eric and I went on a little aviation adventure. We hadn't flown together since June. So we set out for a trip to Stearman Field in Benton Kansas. The temperatures rose quickly and the fog and frost was clear by wheels up time. On our way we went. On the flight to Stearman I had multiple opportunities to capture some fantastic photos. Featured in this video are some of the photographs. Some thrills set in on the way back to KBUM with some substantial winds, but we handled it just fine. There were multiple surprises including the oil refineries the train crossing lake El Dorado in Kansas and the "Marry Me?" written in the field. No it wasn't my idea, but seriously will she marry me? After I got home there was a really hilarious surprise situation, and Joey Buddy the hilarious dog was the star of the show! If you love aviation, drones, and animals please subscribe.
