I love the hybrids. They're goofy and weird, but that's why I like them. They remind me of the Chaos Effect toys from when I was a kid. Hybrids like these aren't anything new to the series. My guess is that the hybrids will return in a future DLC. They'll update the previous hybrids with new behaviors and such, but they'll probably also include an aviary and/or aquatic hybrid as well. Or maybe they'll do an entirely different set of hyrbids. Who can say? Personally, I'd like to see the Paradeinonychus make an appearance in the game.
I want more hybrids as well, just some that makes sense in lore and scientific way, not the Human/Dinosaur hybrid kinda sense from the JP4 concept idea, ones that looks like actual dinosaurs and such, so yeah

Also it is just a game and going by the lore of the movies, if you don't like hybrids that's fine and there are loads of real dinos, but this is a fictitious game based on a movie with dinosaurs that aren't 100% accurate, but that is just a movie and this is just a game, so yeah

@@thebarkingbobcat5230 It would be great, but I think not. They want to be close to the movie as much as possible and I don't think they would want any more hybrids. I'm even not sure if those 3 were JW official - allright, Stegoceratops was, but not with this design
Out of all the hybrids I think the only one that was loved by the fans was the Spinoraptor. stegoseratops and Ankylodocus we're very controversial and their designs weren't really well liked by many in the Jurassic world community. There were other concept designs of these two hybrids that made these two species look more natural than the ones that were put into Jurassic world Evolution 1 and many fans even put out concept art on what type of hybrid they would love to replace the design that was created by Frontier designers. We probably will see the hybrids again but so far the only two that have returned are indominus Rex and indoraptor since they both made it into the Canon but there is a small chance that even Scorpius Rex may also come to Jurassic world Evolution 2 in the future since this species of hybrid is also Canon thanks to the series Camp Cretaceous. I am going to admit I was not a fan of either Design of Ankylodocus or Stegoceratops because they're designs were bizarre and neither one was interesting the only interesting one in my opinion was in fact the spinoraptor and it had a naturalistic design compared to the other two that made it look very interesting and I really loved it it made it feel like this could have actually been a real animal in real life. Anyway I hope the spinoraptor returns and if Ankylodocus and Stegoceratops do return with spinoraptor I hope they have a redesign on these particular hybrids because it just didn't click for a lot of fans with their old designs from the first game.

I'm still confident that we will get at least 3, maybe 4, DLC for this game. Ice Age (so we can get Smilodon, mammoth, and maybe even a dodo) Hybrids (all three hybrids in the first game, plus maybe a few more like Spinoceratops) And Dominion (may be split in two parts with how many dinos will appear in the film)
I know why they removed the other hybrids from Jurassic world evolution 2 Is because most of them We're super overpowered Like stegoceratops That thing could KO a raptor in like one hit Same with spinoraptor but not ankyludous Because that Armored Large herbivore Didn't do anything It was basically Indominus rex food
My internet is bad all of a sudden and it took 2 minutes for the video to start but I really miss all the hybrids I have been grinding challenge mode so I can get all the Dinos and hopefully make videos
Not gonna lie is a bit of a pain we don't get the hybrids in 2. Really hope they one time bring them over. Maybe as an event where if you own the Wu DLC you get them Now unless they give a pack for Wu and Manticore. Give us the Smilodon and Spinoceratops from that Also maybe an aquatic hybrid and avian hybrid??? Maybe a Manticore/ Hybrid DLC and they port over the Wu hybrids as part of the free update?
Only decent hybrid was the spinoraptor. The other 2 were trash. Stegoceratops looked like a 3 year old was given a sheet and told to draw what a baby from both species would look like. Personally i just want the scorpius rex to be brought in.
So you’re saying that if I have a physical copy of the game, I’m not gonna get the spinoraptor in the game once I get everything set up on my ps4? I have to pay a dlc to get it if I make my own park?
I'd like them to return, but with touched up designs. The spinoraptor doesn't really need anything but I'd still welcome some slight tweaks, stegoceratops only needs a couple of changes to make it significantly better, but man does ankylodocus need a complete redesign
I hope that they do read the hybrids like they did but they only added three like I hope that they add like a thing where you can actually modify their genome okay they're genetics make it so you can actually mix like a like an indominus Rex with the Scorpius rex or you could do three or you could do the indominus Rex interrupt and Scorpius but I just want them to make it so you can do that because like it would just be so cool having a like mixing the indominus Rex with the indoraptor like mixing them both together I just think it would be cool

Spinoraptor would be a welcomed return, but the other two were complete trash and can stay gone. The stegoceratops especially. Christ what a shit design that hybrid was.
I don’t think they where to lazy too I just think the didn’t fit anywhere in the game, the first game had the doctor wu campaign to unlocks these hybrids in but in jwe2 there is no mission or challenge mode that would make sense to just let you create these random hybrids in.
