Oliver Wood was there in the Battle of Hogwarts he says, "Come on!" And he flies into the battle with Alicia Spinnet, Katie Bell, and Angelina Johnson.
I get why but ots sad that alot of the characters who have had prescenes before they became important in the book like cedric getcut till they are important their alot of minor details of world building in the books
some of the characters weren’t big due to time constraints and building others up, those two were two who weren’t lost in the fold. Percy’s part in the fourth book was cut out almost entirely but it wasn’t the biggest omission and had no actual impact on the movies
oliver was insanly happy when they won the quidditich final in his 7th year, knowing it was his last year to do so since first year, harry was in the hospital wing, couldn't participate, 2nd year, game was cancelled cause of the chamber of secrets being opened
Percy at first he abandonented his family for the Ministry, but then he realiesed that the family is more important and his lesson is that:Family is on the first place
Percy's arc was well-described in the novels and his redemption and family reunion in the last novel was sorely missed in the movies. And where the heck was Charlie, other than appearing in a photograph? I truly hope the book series is redone as a faithful television series where Charlie, Winky, Ludo, etc. are all present and every subplot of the novels covered.
This is what I think happened to them- Hagrid continues to live in his Hut (because in 19 years later chapter he invited Harry's kids for tea). Neville goes back to Hogwarts to teach herbology. Horace slughorn and mcgonagall probably lead a happy retired life.
That battle of Hogwarts need its own 2 hours movie. I want to see Buckbeak charging in with the Thestrals!! 😭 and the centaurs! There is so much that we didn’t see in the movies
Honestly, they could have had the entire Hogwarts portion of DH as it's own movie, starting with them arriving in Hogsmede, and just showing everything. It's been so long since I read the books, and have recently been binging these types of videos from multiple channels, and it blows my mind just how much was actually left out of the final battle in the movie.
🤣😭 Percy: Prats on about how the world is ending and the MoM is going to have to make sure the WW isn't destroyed. Oliver: Yeah yeah, whatever -as long as it doesn't interfere with Quidditch! Makes sense why Oliver never was in his room, but always on the pitch lol
Would you do a commentary about what happened with the other Schools that competed in the World Cup? Would have been wonderful seeing the schools supporting the fight obviously. Them keeping Oliver out from continuing even as a supporting assistant teacher would have been great!
I have a suggestion for the next video. Could you do "Why the Weasleys were considered blood traitors to everyone else"? It just doesn't make sense as to why the Weasleys were treated so poorly even though they were pure blood.
Most purebloods are proud of their blood status and don't like muggleborn witches and wizards. But the Weasleys felt that muggle borns were just as good as the purebloods and did not discriminate on the basis of blood status. So the other purebloods felt that they were traitors to their pureblood status. That is why
@@morganplayz7134 I mean to say, that they weren't too much proud they were purebloods. They didn't think they were gods. They respected every type of blood be it half or muggleborn wizards.. and the other purebloods like the malfoys thought that they were disrespectful to their kind of blood. I can see what you r trying to tell and the answer is, -'Because the other purebloods did it, they thought that every Pureblood should hate muggleborn and try to vanish them from the school' but the Weasleys didn't, they knew that they are wizard/witches for some reason and they know who is good and who is mean... Rest, even I am in 8th so I don't know how much to explain and how to do so sorryyy😏😊😊😊😊
Movie-only watchers must be confused about Percy. You see him pretty much do nothing but be prefect for the first few movies and suddenly he's in muggle clothing and working with the bad guys/ministry. I want to blame David Yates. I blame him for everything so why not blame him for this?
I really hated Percy when reading the books, he really abandoned his family for the ministry and the minister just because the minister shower him with complements
Those who can be deduced by power are the most dangerous including Voldemort. Percy just doesn't into the power that much that's why he can change his mind when he should.
What I wish they added into the deathly hallows was the scene where Oliver and the other original griffindor quidditch team that Harry join his first year charge into battle. Oliver was at the battle of Hogwarts and the movie left it out.
Who else thinks that Percy should have been in slytherin and not gryffindor. Because he was power hungry and so ambitious that he put his ambitions over his family.
Why did you have to do this J. K. Rowling why do you have to make Fred dead why did you have to make everyone that we like in the series dead why whyY JK Rowling
@@mariammahmoud4145 if Cedric has lived and Harry had died I would have been okay with that sounds like a fair trade to me. If Hagrid had died my house would be flooded from me sobbing my eyes out
Oliver was last seen carrying Colin’s body to the great hall, George later named his son Fred and gave him his wand and used Fred’s wand, Percy graduated and worked in the ministry who eventually made up with his family, Karkaroff was on the run, later killed by Death eaters in a hut. And Buckbeak was given to Sirius who was given back to Harry, saved you 8 minutes.
I envision that all the other characters their lives would be on display, and shown what happens to each one of them in a (HARRY POTTER) show series. But only if a (HARRY POTTER) show series does get considered getting made someday.
@@aaminakhan2406 She wasn't annoying according to me, she just wanted love, she has not been represented well in the movies but she is good though in the books......
@@aaminakhan2406 U didn't hurt my feelings, it was just a fact, many people have a different character in the movies than the books but I think that books enhance the characters and there back stories which help us understand more. I quite understand why you have a different thought that is because u only saw the movies. I also had the same thought of lavender when I saw the movies but I have a different opinion on her and many more characters after reading the books. And don't judge me because I am just 13 using my mum's mobile at the time 😅
Winky worked for Hogwarts with Dobby and participated in the Battle of Hogwarts under Kreachers lead. Winky continued to work for Hogwarts after. Kreacher celebrated Harry’s win. Kreacher died eventually at 666 years old.
Arthur won a gold prize in a competition in the ministry so they visited Bill in Egypt. Next year however Arthur had helped Otto, Ludo's brother, in return he gave arthur some free tickets to the world cup.
I ship Harry with both Percy Weasley and Oliver Wood before when I saw the first movie but that was the time when I was just a kid and doesn't know or care about age differences.
I am Percy I am the best I am Percy and I do not believe that you know who’s back I love the minister fudge now I regret my decision and you know who is back
Wait why was karkaroth even still in the country he was with a bulgarian school why was he in north britain to be killed he should of gone back to the school in bulgaria
not 1987 that is only nothing the actual time is when the movies came out if it was in the 1987 then all the characters would be 60 and ssome dead but all characters are between 30 and 40 years old
i had a theory about percy weasley her under the control of the imperius curse but after voldamort died he snaped out of the curse came to hes senses and made up with molly and the other weasleys
