However, insurance frauds are not this easy to commit, and it's not that easy to get out of Dubai police from murder either. So either Boney knows some seriously powerful people, who spoke to some seriously powerful people in Dubai to get him out, but then in which case, he didn't have to murder his wife for money. It's obvious that he will be the primary suspect. So if he did then money was the additional motive, not the primary one. Having said that, yes if she had died in India then Boney and the family were finished. Also, people die in bathtubs more often than you think. Having said that, it's very easy to simply dump a drugged, drunk and passed out Sreedevi into a bathtub and let her drown as well. Also, her daughter celebrated her birthday barely days after mother's death is very odd. Her mother did not die of some long ailment that it was expected, she died suddenly and horribly. So yeah this is very very off. What I am trying to say is that there's definitely something odd here, and there's more to the story.

UAE Post mortum report is showing clearly - it was not a natural death. Question is - why relevant officials did not take action? Secondly, how insurance Company can honor the settlement claim against such post mortum report. Amazing.
I has heard an update that he didn't get the insurance money. However, don't know whether KRK has an update otherwise. I too would be amazed if he gets that insurance despite the initial strictures because the UAE insurance co.s are above the power of Indian politicians he might be hobnobbing with. Otherwise, this is a serious concern and screams of international nexus.
I had no idea about the insurance policy. I knew it was a murder but now that motive is crystal clear. Everything KRK said makes perfect sense. But again, I wouldn't trust India's judiciary to give a fair verdict unless they have immense pressure from the public. I hope truth wins.
She was definitely murdered and too some extent, I think her daughter Jhanvi might hv played some part of her own mothers death. The reason why Sridevi stayed in Dubai, so Jhanvi gave her list of things to buy. Also, if Boney kapoor was taking Sridevi ji to dinner, then Sridevi ji would be taking a shower not a bath.
