I got a fully favorable decision but the appeals counsel reversed the decision and I gotta have another hearing. Happy for y'all that got it. Ever had that happen?
I was awarded both SSDI and SSI. After my SSI interview.. the agent told me I will receive my SSI lum sum in 5 Business days. The SSDI lum sum in 5 to 6 weeks. I was on disability back in 2008... got off because I wanted go back to work in 2012. Then in 2019 my health stated too fall. I file for Disability on 2020 of June. Got approve 10-7-2022. Each time I got approve on the first try. I hope other people will get theirs too.. Vaya Con Dios!
I had a phone appeal hearing two weeks ago. The judge approved my case right at the hearing. Now, I am waiting for the guy to call me back so that I can make an appointment with Social Security about non disability related information, something like that. But the guy is not calling me back yet.
He hearing was December 11 2022, no decision until March 30, 2023!!!! But it was approved. Thank God!!!! Curious what happens next that’s why I’m here. Thank you!
I want to thank your firm for all they did in my appeal. John Davis and staff did a great job in my appeal. I received my fully favorable letter last week. Although it took alot of time and energy on my part, when I finally received my letter it took only about six months to get my appeal hearing to the time of letter! When other firms would not even take the time to call me back or accept my call, you guys did !
