I forgot to say in the video!)) During the shoot, a forester came with an assistant, and said that they thought someone was hunting here in the daytime (you only allowed at night). They said the idea was cool, but you scare all the boars. Next time, please go somewhere else. And we like: ok 🗿.
A firecracker exploded in my hand, there wasn't any damage, but it felt like hitting your funny bone but in your hand Aight I'm adding an edit since I've been spammed from know it all's for 2 years, obviously it wasn't a big firecracker, it was similar to the second one he tested, I know firecrackers can be extremely dangerous, I watched the same video you all did, I'm not trying to gloat, I'm simply sharing my experience
When I was 7 years old, the smallest firecracker exploded in my hand. My hand was swollen and there were some bruises on hand. It took me almost 2 weeks to fully cure from it. It's over 20 years since then and I still remember like if it was yesterday. Today it wouldn't be a big deal I guess
Same thing happened to me but it was an accident. I was holding a firecracker, n mmt sister was waving a sparkler, n if lt somehow lift the firecracker in my hand. Lol. I heard the hissing of the fuse, looked around frantically for a second or too because it sounded super close to me ni didn't know wtf, then pop! Right in my hand! It hurt like hell n all I cam remember is just not being able to bend my hand food a while. Funny to think about though
Possibly Piccolo a smallest firecracker in Philippines was notorious and dangerous ever can't be injury or swallowed according to DOH Philippines,BFP and PNP
Imagine having skin and flesh as flimsy as gelatin and bones as frail as cooked chicken bones. You'd be that guy on SpongeBob. "Every morning I break my legs, and every afternoon I break my arms."
@@italucenaz well, in india we have the Festival of Lights, COMPLETE firecrackers, and I’ve seen the news, people have lost fingers or had to have them amputated because they would be hanging by a strand of veins and skin.
slivk the real problem is that the human hand closes by wrapping itself around the firecracker, a not too powerful firecracker if detonated on an open palm will probably only cause some burns, but the same firecracker if detonated in a closed hand will literally blow your fingers off. is an important dynamic to take into consideration
You should do this again but wrap the hand round the firework most people are holding in a clenched fist that’s why you get so much damage when the fingers are wrapped around
Italian here, every year there is at least a person that loses a finger due go a firecracker malfunction, it's a bloody mess, don't understimate the power of a firecracker, a zeus blasts away your finger like butter, be safe EDIT: dude blow off 2 of his fingers during new year celebration🤦♂️, some people are just dumb
Quello che dici è assolutamente vero, cose simili accadono soprattutto a Napoli dove ogni anno a Capodanno commerciano petardi al limite della legalità ( pensa anche solo alle cosiddette "cipolle napoletane")
A "funny" firecracker story for y'all: One day my dad bought me a firecracker at a supermarket in the Russian city of Rostov-na-Donu, I was about 10 y.o. And that thing looked like a black hand granade with a legit metal piece that you are supposed to pull out. Well. I asked the cashier about the instructions, cause apparently there was no sticker with any directions. The cashier told me to pull out the metal piece, direct the top of the granade into the sky and enjoy the colorful smoke coming out from it. And so I did. Apart from the fact, that the thing exploded in my hand leaving a black burnt circle of swollen skin on my palm and making all the car alarms go off on that parking lot. That's how I grew up 😂 Happy holidays from Russia 🇷🇺
I saw it in person as a kid in the 1960s. Kid had a tight hold on one he thought had fizzled. Blew his hand open. Damaged three fingers severely, including his thumb.
Typically, the sort of people who've had a firecracker explode, before they were quick enough to throw it, are the ones who were cocky enough to think that something like that would never happen to them, no matter how many other people it's happened to.
4:30 "made in Russia?" Where you read that? All the text was written in Polish and it clearly stated "made in China", also the gelatine he used was labeled "żelatyna" which is a Polish translation to gelatine. So I assume that the vid was recorded in Poland 🇵🇱 also (or ar least in place with easy access to Polish goods) but definitely not Russia.
I really start to wonder who is the real creator of this video. This channel is only 1 of 10 probably run by the same guy but in different languages (but there is no Polish version). He talks in English but with some foreign accent and he can't differ this symbols "ĄĘĆŹŁŻ" from this symbols "ДФВЙЬДБЯ". And I addit that Polish can be in fact very similar to Russian but only in how words sound and what they mean, but those languages looks VERY different. I wonder if the real mastermind of all those "Slivkishow" channels is in fact a Polish guy who is ashamed of his nationality and tries to pretend that his from USA or other wealthy county (I know some people who acts like that) even Slivki is so much similar to Polish word "Śliwki" (eng. Plums).
@Mick's Budget Rigs it can be true, we have a lot of them here. But if he's Ukrainian it makes even less sense that he can't differ Russian from Polish. I can't imagine a guy from France living in Germany who thinks that those languages are same.
My friend already did this with an m80 in his hand. Now he only has his pinky and half his thumb. We call him lefty now. “Sup lefty, how’d that firework taste?”
I think that muscles are more solid than gelatin, and human bones are way harder than chicken bones. Of course that don't mean that you shouldn't be carefull with these kind of things.
Well, let's start of with the fact that fingers contain no Muscle tissue, so while you are accurate there it didn't really make sense you pointed it out, Also the gelatin is the second best thing to Ballistic gel anyone would think of, and chicken bones are similar in thickness to the bones in your finger. Also i'm just saying what I think, not to be mean so don't start spamming me with responses on how idiotic I am.
I think ballistics gel would have been a better analog then just the regular gelatin used here, but there is no need to be afraid of fire works if you use them safely when I was a kid I had some fun with m-80 fire crackers which are basically quarter sticks of dynamite I followed the safety instructions that an adult gave me and I have all my fingers intact
Apparently a firecracker in your hand and a firecracker on your hand are two very different situations. Energy flows in the direction of least resistance, so if your hand is open, the explosion mostly affects the air around the hand. If your fist is closed around a firecracker, you will definitely mess your hand up, because the explosion has nowhere to go besides your flesh and bones.
@@MarylandGuy-ey3st I've witnessed one going off in someones hand. Didn't even break the skin. Just tingled for a few minutes. It did not even come CLOSE to "blowing his hand off". I'm not saying to go and try it, but the result was less than spectacular.
Nah, poland, czech and germany are like the heart of firecracker productions in Europe. I see that most of my explozives where made in these countries, only that i have few from china.
I had a firecracker blow up in my hand when i was a kid. It was a blackcat "smoke and quarter" stick. They explode in the middle. I was holding it at the end. Got super lucky. Still love this stuff. Great video man!
"close the hand" around the firecracker than let me know... the digging technique with explosives teach that to have the maximum work done, you have to drill a hole instead to place the plosive on top of rocks... unless you use very powerful explosive like ones used by army. the "work" done just by a little "powder" is scaring ..... amazing video !!! very instructional
From my personal experience: When I was a kid - 8 years old, a small firecracker exploded in my palm during new year's eve. Half of my palm was darkened, and some of the thinner skin areas were cracked. And of course, it bled a bit from the crack. Had to go to the emergency room, and nurses put ointment in the burned and cracked area and bandaged my hand. No stitches were required.
When I was young, me and my friends would hold firecrackers in our hand and light them up. Sometimes the pain was not noticeable while other times it felt like a 3 or 4 out of 10 on the pain scale
When my father was a young teenager-ish he used a children's chemistry kit and made a home-made firecracker. It exploded faster than expected and has nearly the same damage the firecracker @ 6:00 except in addition to having lost 2 fingers, it also damaged the next finger over and thumb. Explosives are no joke. Don't play with explosives kids.
This should be shown or safely performed at Dutch schools. In the Netherlands dangerous stunts with fireworks are common. This year the number of fireworks related injuries got doubled compared to last year.
Only experienced adults should play with fireworks, it's really dangerous. And even adults lost limbs and lives. I personally enjoy fireworks, especially around the holidays. So be responsible and careful.
