Thanks for the video and information. My niece was driving my car and she only has a drivers permit and she hit a parked car. She was driving by herself and doesn’t have a drivers license, only a permit. The police came and gave a police report number. I called my insurance Progressive and they said that they would need to review my policy coverage since I did not list my niece under the policy even though she doesn’t even have a driver’s license. So I am not sure whether my insurance will cover the damage to my car and the other party’s car. I have full coverage collision and comprehensive.
