That what brilliant viewing. It made me feel like getting back into the hobby again after selling all my DJI drones. What you did here is why I bought one so many years ago. I have lost 3 to water but what you see in the view finder with the 4pro was amazing. Thank you so much for such an inspiring video. I have ordered A spark because I've missed having the fun and thinks to look forward to on my days off. If I liked the Spark I was thinking of getting a Mavic but after that I think it worth carrying all the heavy stuff on your back. I went to Madeira last year and carried my 3 pro for 16 miles without getting it out. Lots of views like this but far too many people around.Once again a big thanks.
My ancestors are from there. I have pictures of my great great grandfather on Ellis island. Straight of the boat from those islands. His name was Syllvester Duarte. Very very beautiful place!!
I love these Videos you can asses the Quality of the Drone and this one has many advantages for the more Professional user. Well Done Sao Miguel and Brother Mechanic.
AWESOME! Place and Footage my friend! Well done! When I see your videos and adventures I love it. When I look at most other peoples videos on online with drones its boring and just another drone shot! But not with you buddy! Keep up the interesting and unique stuff!
Great shots, and really good flying skills! This video perfectly shows that all the sensors do not always help, as a matter of fact, in this conditions they would confuse the hell out of a beginner pilot. People who praise the DJI drones over the Karma should watch this video. Sensors can confuse if you are not able to interprete them, connections and apps can fail, fool-proof propeller mounts and flying prep still need full concentration. Thanks for sharing your good work and behind the scenes. Jürgen
Funny, I just had the same ting happen last week with my prop flying off my Phantom 4. And I'm here to say I'm defending your brother. I put my props on after which I went through all of them to make sure they were locked in. I picked up my drone and set it down on the ground and one prop went flying up and out into a wheat field. I didn't see where it went because I was to busy trying to stop my P4 from flopping around. Later finding it about 10 meters away. Afterwords I figured out that the springs were not putting enough upwords pressure on the prop. If you gently bend them up a little you will find it tightens them up nicely. I have started to tap on the center of the prop after putting them on and I can feel it bounce slightly if the spring needs to be stretched back out a little. I've only had my drone a little over two months and love it. But I think we both might need new springs. I think dji may need to look into a little better design on there springs. I watch your videos all the time and have learned a lot from you. Keep up the great work! Drone on buddy👍
Sanguinho waterfall... Used a Phantom 2 there, 3 years ago... no sensors of course! But no wind at all, so just skills needed to move the drone trought the trees and the rocks.. Great place!
Your video and location were 1st class, this is the sort of themes that I enjoy, only new to the Mavic Pro but want to try capturing this type of footage. Enjoy your work hope to learn a lot more from you.
Good video and what a lovely place.Just a small suggestion if it's ok,why not get you're brother to participate on the video as part of you're subject. He could be acting out as an adventurer whilst showing the amazing views/places around him.Have a fantastic holiday guys.
Wow, nice location. A lot to consider as to what mode to use, what sensors to leave on or off. Atti almost seems to be the best mode to use there, but you'd have to fly very carefully. GPS is unreliable, VPS can have issues with the water and level changes, and collision avoidance causes unpredictable control. This is where you really need to be a true pilot. Good job!
Great footage! I love the area, I bet you spent all day there. You are so lucky to have your brother there with you. I wonder if he is older or younger brother? Keep up the good work, it is very inspiring.
Very nice, great stick control and patience. Love all the different angles, just beautiful! Question where is this location and did you use any camera filters? Thank you for sharing.
Olá sou do Brasil, qual modelo do óculos Fat Shark que você está usando? Você liga direto na saída HDMI ou na saída normal USB do rádio transmisor? Hello, I'm from Brazil, which model of the Fat Shark glasses are you wearing? Do you connect directly to the HDMI output or the normal USB output of the radio transmitter?
Hello Ben-Hadade, Equipment used is in the description. I prefer to connect to the HDMI-out on the NVIDIA tablet. See ru-vid.com?o=U&video_id=dSw8l5FQs0c
I love your videos. You are real. You’re not afraid to push the limits; but with prudence. I just ordered a P4P+; should be in day after tomorrow and I’ve learned a lot from you (though I don’t have the money to take much risk (at least as I see the risk now; perhaps it won’t look so risky as my proficiency grows)). Any advice would be appreciated. Good luck and keep them coming. Improperly prep or prop... I’ll keep that in mind also...
This week I reverted my nVidia SHIELD K1 from Nougat back to Marshmallow, and voila! DJI 4 has run flawlessly! I know it's kind of a pain, but it's worth it to not get those DJI 4 drop outs..
Not in that situation, because it was using VPS to position itself. I think it is easier to correct a little bit of moving water than to entirely fly manually close to objects.
ty for sharin those info, it is usefull, specialy for noobs like me... I have one question: I get mavic few days ago, did 3 outdoor flights and had no problem.... but , twice, when I was flying in my house in tripod mod with sensors off like you said, sudenly after 2 min my mavic switch to
Peter, I just subscribed to you channel. Nice work and like someone else said, you have the patience of a Saint. My one question is you shot this in 2.7 k and not 4K. Why?
Hey nice video but you should ALWAYS take off using the CSC Manuever, this prevents the drone from "tipping the hat" when one of the propellers are not secured properly
