What happens if you don’t wear your Invisalign enough, or wear them only at night? 

You can wear your Invisalign aligners only at night and still be able to fit the next aligner on. And then the next one, and then maybe the next one, and so naturally you think you are making progress. But you won’t be, because you will eventually be trying to cram in poor fitting aligners which will just “shove” the tooth ligaments and give a false tooth movement. Eventually, the teeth will divert from the plan, or get pushed slightly into the gum and shorten, affecting the bite of the back teeth.
