I don't get why career mode is still like this, after so many years. They could've take inspiration from old PES games. I remember PES10 (or around that) last match - you play first half of the last game for your current team against your national team, and then second half for national team, a lot of cut scenes. And if Fifa it's always been like this, not completed.
Doesn’t surprise me, the lack of effort in career mode in EAFC is tragic. Regularly you’ll have players suspended who come and moan about not playing the game they were suspended for You’ll get a player sent off in a league game, then in the pre match interview for a champions league game (different competition) you’ll get asked how you’ll cope with the suspension…even though he’s not suspended in CL. You’ll rest a player for an third round cup match against Grimsby Town and the media start acting like there’s some big beef why he’s not played when that game was in between a CL game and a big league game. The lack of attention to detail even in removing the pre-match build up, absolute shit show.
On PES 2009, all the teammates will wear a jersey with your number.. And a credit featuring your legacy (teams,trophies, goals) will appear at the end. Become a Legend literally better than Career Mode for years. Sadly, Konami killed them.
Once got the same as manager. 16 seasons and no talk bout my retirement so I was shocked when I got the email at the start of the next. They just showed me my career stats and kicked me out to menus 😂

Tomando en cuenta que 2k se destaca por su modo carrera, me encantaría si consiguen hacer que el modo carrera no aburra después de 5 temporadas creo que estaría perfecto, por ejemplo, meter estadísticas, a los que nos gusta el fútbol nos encanta ver qué tantos goles y asistencias tienen los jugadores históricamente, nos encanta ver cuántas victorias y derrotas tiene un equipo vs otro y nos gustaría ver interacción con respecto a eso, meter vitrina de trofeos, meter riña entre jugadores y equipos, por ejemplo supongamos que ya "termine" mi modo carrera y gane la Champions y todo, pero no sé quiero romper el récord de el RM de hacerlo 3 veces consecutivas o no se, escojo al City y quiero porfin darle la vuelta en palmarés al united, o garro un jugador y quiero romper el récord de goles de Cr7, el de asistencias y balones de oro de Messi y nosé, el de mundiales de pelé, entonces me propongo a hacerlo y que el juego me reconozca que voy por esos retos, y así podríamos tener nuestro modo carrera divertido y entretenido durante más tiempo
Wait you can play for longer than 2 season? My first game second season is bugged and theres no way i can play/sim any matches. So i ran a repair tried again same issue. Made a new career then my lineup kept changing as soon as i backed out and saved the new setup. First time i bought an ea game at 10 pound and still felt ripped off
Ea should take some stuff off of 2k because when you choose to retire your player you get a press conference about it and answer questions and then you also get a hall of fame induction ceremony as well
Lazy company, barely any detail in career, positions other than attackers are barely considered making more in-depth in career mode by ea, 60-100 quid + in game purchases
Bro I was surprised to see FC Goa as it's the club i support and I am from Goa. I really hope Fifa 2K gets a good career mode and good gameplay. Hopefully will allow us to make custom teams like prime Barca or 2010 Spain

EA has never really cared about career mode. I mean, I don't think they even want you to play career mode. all they want you to play is FUT. Because that's what makes them money. I mean what big changes did FC 24 Career mode add from FIFA 23. They are pretty much the same. Just some ballon d'Or cutscenes and tactical vision? The Fc ballon d'ors are always rigged anyway. The winners are always either Haaland or Mbappe
Likely because EA don't actually expect anyone to do it, they need to incorporate the "Highlights" feature into it's own special mode to speed up a career mode. Make 1 season last 30-60 minutes instead of multiple hours.
Anyone who been playing career mode this whole time, already knows this, low quality video. This game about playing football and not going out on parties.
