It shutdown the computer. and nothing else happens In old oses ( like windows 95) it shows “its now safe to shutdown the computer” screen and it’s stuck in that screen until the user turn off the computer (because ACPI didn’t exist back then) you can still enable this in windows 11 In windows 1 to 3.1. It shutdown and then goes to ms dos (because windows used to be on dos)
