3 months ago I diagnosed to have cyst in ovary my doctor recommended to take pills ... But I always eat ginger I put in my food alot and every day I eat and this month when I check up again for ultrasound my cyst is gone 😊 thanks GOD and ginger

Ginger tea and turmeric plus lemon and honey is my go to help for my coughing and gout. I sometimes make my ginger mix stronger when I'm having a non stop dry cough. It really helps. I barely use cough medicine. I heard some medicine can have a negative effect on the kidney when use for a prolonged time.

Eat raw chopped ginger & garlic everyday. I eat these for glowing skin. I eat them on toasted wholemeal bread with a coffee for breakfast. Coffee helps neutralise the odour and burning sensation!

Definitely it helps with inflammation on me. Bones and joints feel better, even sore feet when working hard. Stomach also feels very steady as well. I use a slice or 2 of lemon and lime (rhine and all) along with cucumber. Into the vitamix it goes with a little bit of mixed berries and more mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, healthy sprinkle of cinnamon, 1tbsp of apple cider vinegar, ground chia and flax seeds and even a pepper or 2 along with 2 tbs of Greek yogurt and a small avacado. Its a meal replacement at just under 400 calories.
@GypsyAnna11 I can prepare a meal consisting of grass-fed bison or beef and organic vegetables, with a glass of red wine for the same cost of a Big Mac meal. For breakfast I have eggs from pasture-raised, organically fed chickens, plus sugar-free, uncured bacon, an organic vegetable, and an organic fruit for less than a fast-food breakfast combo. Those choices are no-brainers.
Yes ginger helps to reduce the inflammation of joints and muscles especially on places with cold weather but I take it anyway during summer too by including it with my dishes.

I have been experiencing the benifits of ginger for more than 3 years. I was diagnosed with liver desease in 2019 then i chose three compulsory drinks . black coffee , ginger water and lemon with warm water. @Erzsébet medium hot salt water very salty gargle with that enrich your mouth out with that three or four times a day not only will it strengthen your gums and make them tough but it will help it with any other issues with your gums it's very good for you
And get yourself some Crest mouthwash with peroxide in it do that first and then do the salt water afterwards I do it all the time it's very beneficial I've had to have teeth pulled because my gums were so bad but now I don't have a problem with it it'll take a few weeks for you to notice the other benefits but I'm sure the halitosis should go away right away like within a few days
@Gigi Moffat I just put like about a tablespoon of salt and make the water about two inches in the little cup and make the water medium hot little over medium hot and about 2 inches of water ( little Dixie cup size )

i love shaving off some ginger and cooking it with my home-made chicken noodle soup!! I also like having a bit of a spicy chicken noodle as well with lemon and ginger in it.. it really opens up my breathing

I have personally experienced experienced my asthma subside by taking half an inch of ginger boiled in water for about 10 to 15 minutes until the water turns yellowish or brownish and then. making tea out of it. Since I started taking ginger, a few grams a day, my stools have been very consistent and comes out in one piece that takes me a few minutes to get out. I also started drinking a liquid yogurt type probiotic at the same time so that may be helping, too.
