Thank you for sharing this informative information. Does the court accept the fact that a defendant has narcissistic personality disorder? What happens if the defendant does not attend court?

Thank you for sharing this important information. Does an executor (on old, new or revoked Wills) still have legal responsibilities and fiduciary responsibilities and dutes on any revoked legal documents? If yes, can they be held in contempt of Court by the judge?

Under American law, even mentioning such an adverse influence would almost certainly result in a mistrial and the sanctioning of the prosecutor. It simply cannot be done.
