Hack: To get two of the same genders to try for baby, go into cas, and under customize gender - the three dots under the gender symbols - you can make any sim get pregnant, get others pregnant or neither.

When you have a baby through a surrogate you have to click on the baby as the family that received the baby and make the baby an official part of that household and then the surrogate mother will no longer show up on the family tree.

Okay, I was gonna say that this mod didn't seem to understand what a surrogate is. But I guess it just doesn't know how to get around base game mechanics completely, so you just have to do it correctly for it to work.

Wait who would be upset about this? They aren't related, nor did they "grow up" together so all they have in common is a half sister that isn't even shared on the mother's side 🤣🤣🤣

Not only are the two boys not related, but, if she was actually a surrogate, then Discount Prices isn't at all related to her surrogate mother or her son. So even if she had gotten with the surrogate's son, it shouldn't have been weird.

@@peterlewis2178 it’s heavily implied that it was her eggs used to make discount, so yes they are biologically related. I think if she had discounts dad have a wife then divorced them, it might be possible to do

@@addyshorhnr3544 -But that's not what a surrogate is. That's just IVF or sperm donation. By definition, a surrogate is a woman carrying another woman's child.- Okay, so I researched a little, and I stand corrected. Apparently sperm donation and IVF are just potential delivery methods for surrogacy. However, Traditional surrogacy, where the surrogate is also the biological mother, is extremely rare. For one, it comes with automatic parental rights that need to be waived, which can lead to some complications, like the surrogate changing their mind and wanting to keep the baby. And second, it means that the child can't be biologically both the mother's and father's, which is obviously not ideal if the issue was with the woman being unable to safely carry a baby to term herself. When people talk about surrogacy now, it's almost always in reference to IVF where the embryos are given to an unrelated woman to carry to term for someone else.

With the woohoo and wellness mod I had a teen get another sim pregnant. The sim gave birth and there was a paternity test as well and all , but once they got married when they were older, the kid would think of the biological father as a step father in the tree. So I was wondering. Lets say the father got another sim pregnant and had a child , would the two offsprings have the romance option?

Messed up family tree idea: Clones. I was wonderin' how wacky an inbred family tree would look with the addition of clones 🤔. Aside from that, another hilarious video - I absolutely love your videos on the absurdity of Sims 4, especially when it comes to testing the game's limits 🤣.

Surrogate doesn't always mean a different egg is used. As you had a male go for surrogacy he'd have used her eggs.. hence your issue.

She has responded to people, but I can’t say how often. Some creators do, some don’t. The comment section can be a huge cause of stress on a person so some creators avoid comments completely, and I certainly don’t blame them. Doesn’t matter how many good comments you get, unfortunately the bad ones tend to stick harder. Or even just engaging people you don’t know in general can be really stressful. I just hope she keeps having fun (she seems to enjoy this) and does whatever works for her to keep her mental health all good^_^ And we can keep enjoying her fun content!

I didn’t know that, yeah I’ve only been here for a few months; but did the usual channel binge 😂 I must’ve missed responses during deep dives LOL But yeah I was curious because I know there are some people where the comment section can trigger them badly so they avoid it completely, and I understand that entirely! I hope she continues to keep making videos too and hopefully feels more comfortable or wants to get around to reaching out in the future!! :) Thanks for responding Saka Moto and lmk Brit does respond to comments, she just keeps it light and quick
