My wonderful friend Erica and I made up some theories about...well watch the video.
If you're a WCMI fan, look out for a refrence to the story.
And just to clarify, I gave this to him while he was walking, because he usually is just talking to us the entire way, he rarely gets people who stop him, and if they do he says to follow him. I gave it to him then for that reason, it was the only free time he got.

Pretty good chance you'll see the Hatter. (Especially at musical chairs- 2:30 in the Coke Corner I believe) And Peter is a search and a half to find. It takes a lot of luck too, he's never really in one place.

@kaileemouse - The Mad Hatter and Alice are a guaranteed daily visitors to Musical Chairs, while other characters often join them. (Such as the Queen of Hearts, the White Rabbit, Peter Pan, the Evil Queen, and Bert.)
