I think you couldn’t use ult because the summoner ult was up. So you had to use it first before it let you ult normally.

Don't ult on Mundo when you are like 80% HP, you gain more on your E when you are low HP and more HP increase with missing health on ult.

Prismatic Egg used to have it go from 5 to 7, so I think the ramp-up was too slow and so they backtracked a little.
