This is from the Scared Rider Xechs LAG Broadcast in 2016, for the anime adaptation of the otome game. Tatsun and Shimonnu belong to the same agency, I'm Enterprise, but despite being four years older, Shimonnu just can't catch a break from the sadistic Tatsun.
