What Happens When You Reach Level 40? (Wuthering Waves) 

I just will wait patiently until that level 40 and slowly upgrade what I can, no need to rush things anyway.

It ain't even 2 weeks yet and people in comments are already complaining that they're not maxed out. This is a GACHA game for damn sake. It is built to be a grindy game. It takes at least a month for these games to be maxed out.

I'm union level 41, data bank level 20, and my team is maxed out..... i don't have anything to do in the game anymore other than try farming echoes for better sub stats, event quests, and daily quests

Im loving the wuthering waves content so far

I've seen ppl save waveplate for the upcoming event but I highly believe they will have a limit for the double yield. Brute force UL40 seems like a good idea to me just to get that 80% chance for gold echos. Spending waveplate now or after feel the same to me, you either lv up slowly then spam waveplate after or lv up fast then use waveplate normally.

tbh it isn't really that big of a waste of crystal solvent since 40 barely changes the reward amount. i've been getting around the same for mats, tacet fields, etc. i just used my energy on pre-farming both my teams to level 70 with the max potential forte skills for SOL3.

people who are already union 40+ really needs to visit outside

So prefarming ascension mats and trace mats for the main teams before UL 40 and then farm tacet fields hence echo exp at UL40 is the way to go for me.

the pioneer association thingy doesnt give you union exp tho? its just pioneer exp for pioneer levels

I’ve been using crystal solvent for the talents (I can’t remember what it’s called for WuWa 😂) it’s entertaining to watch Moga speed run HSR and now WuWa

In case u dont know it yet u can use the sensor for those find the battery chests. It will highlight the battery and puts a sign on top of it. Sometimes the sensor even shows u where to find stuff from other chests!

Basically this game is like genshin but the devs listen to the players

if you go to the plave where you farm character lvl up mats you can also get the premium sealed tube

i did this and honestly, quiet worth it and i actually have something to grind for since ive pretty much completed exploration

From the fact that you got 2 of the cubs for crafting weapons it seems like those cubes got a increased drop rate. People are already saying its lucky to get 1 of those cubes for weapon crafting in 1 week xD

i thought once we reach 40 there's gonna be a significant increase in rewards, but it's a bit disappointing to see that there's not much of a difference besides the echoes. i initially hoped they would lower the waveplate consumption for the materials, but looking back now after kuro games made the announcement regarding increasing the drops instead, i think it's better. anyways, thanks for making the video! i was curious about what would happen when we reach 40 but didn't want to brute force my way there

best thing about the dailies is you dont have to go out of your to accomplish them, it's what you actually do everyday

The Pecock Flowers are one of the easiest ascension mats to get for free. They are all over the village area on the western side Central Plains.

i personally dont see it as a waste if resources, the faster you upgrade the the faster it makes your waveplates have more impact and in turn, the faster it makes your account stronger

I got to level 40 and basically doubled my echo exp income and that's already big for me. I doubt it'll double again until 60 but hey, I'm happy to have more built echoes. I'm already finished my base kits for Jiyan, Calcharo and Yinlin so now it's time for Encore and the sub dps. Oh and using plates now isn't that big of a deal dude xP. it'll all even out in the end! I personally think Tacet Field is actually a lot more rewarding in this game than artifacts so I've had a much better experience with those than the character mats. Also damn, only your second crit rate substat? Bro I'm ROLLING in crit rate substats xD

how are you 39 without using any refreshes? I'm 99% exploration, completed all quests, and haven't missed a day of dailies, and i'm still only 37 almost 38. Did you use the waveplates to refresh?

Just want to let you know that claiming map progression on pioneer thingy doesn't give you any exp towards Union Level. It only gives you exp towards your pioneer level.

I wouldn't use the waveplates, because there is an event that doubles the resources in a bit

I think getting 3 boss mats is possible at lower rank than 40, just at a very lower rate ig, because I have gotten them a few times and I only hit rank 35 today, sooo

a bit concerning that the character/weapon/credits don't scale almost at all from the training room, or in your case at 16:55 went down for some runs because the lack of blues.

The best way to get union XP right now is by doing resonator and weapon XP challenges. It's a double drop now which you can do 3 times per day. So, for 120 WPs you get 2400 Union XP. Which is equal to 8 40 WP runs or 5-6 60 WP runs. The bad thing is that I don't really need resonator or weapon XP...

this will take a lot of time for me to lvl up to 40

Hmmm, so crit rate echos exist? i've farmed over 50 4 point echos and i just noticed i have 2 crit rate mainstat echo, both on purple 4 point ones. Not focusing too much on farming echoes now , just farming chests, tidals and caskets. But i would love to see a crit rate mainstat yellow echo at least once before UL40, currently at 36.

I know this might sound a bit weird to others but since I've decided to actually properly play the game I'll literally be doing 100% everything, exploration, quests and absolutely everything, it sounds weird but to me it's much more enjoyable for when the new area comes out that I will solely focus on that area, no I wont be whining that theres "nothing" to do because there is, and I as a player love completing everything. Basically I enjoy doing this, if you do as well don't let others get mad at you and tell you how to have fun, fun is subjective to all. Everyone's idea of fun is different so have fun in your own way whether that's taking it slow or completing everything day 2 😂either way, if you do this don't whine that there's nothing to do, you can always do stuff, these games aren't meant to be grind 3 hours like valo, they're meant to be hop on 20 mins do dailies hop off, they want returning players. Not active 4 hours a day players

What i learn from playing Genshin is that not to rush the game or else id be dried out with content to play befpre the next patch. 😅

Ive been doing all the dsily questd and barely reached level 36, consuming almost every resin ( i dont rrcall the name)

Tacet Fields feel so much of a high cost compared to how much it gives, it should be 40 cost at the least, 60 is way too much, 4 tacet fields for 240 energy, at max you get 30 ish purple sealed tubes a day and 6-8 yellow. That's like a +20 for a whole day.

I'm about to hit 39 and like NO real great way to grind to 40. Doing the same thing; ready to upgrade my 1st Squad and 2nd Squad to 70, as well as sitting on most of what I need to take Electro Mommy to 50 IF I get lucky on the 50/50 Pity (I 'broke' my Hero Up Banner yesterday by trying to 'nudge' it, lolrip).

I'm gonna just stick to spending plates on bosses and ascension materials until the tacet fields buff comes in 1.1 update

i guess some will save the waveplates till they reach databank level 21 ☠
