I really needed this video as a RU-vidr/Gamer/Streamer/IT Guy who is on a computer or phone easily 14 hours a day. I did adjust my monitor screen as I was having some neck pain and it helped but now I'm going to move it even more after watching this video. Thank you for the tips! I do however feel like eye drops help when dry or getting a headache from to much screen time.

Me: Stares at screen from 8am to 12pm, then from 12:30pm to like 6pm, then watching tv from 6 to 7, then doing work on my laptop until I "go to sleep", then from that time until anywhere from 12am to 4am. So at least 15 hours. And once I pulled an all-nighter to do my 5th grade science project so that was me staring at a screen the whole night. And I had school the next day. I guess that's not too healthy...
