What Has Nick Carter Been Accused Of? Melissa Schuman, Shannon Ruth and Ashley Repp Speak Out 

I am leaning towards innocent. There's too many witness-statements that doesn't support their stories. It's not mentioned anything about that in this video, but I would love to hear some explanations from these women about those witness-statements. Hopefully they will be asked about it in court if not sooner.

I think the whole Melissa Schuman thing is complicated. I think Melissa thought she was going to have a relationship with Nick. I think Nick played her by saying I can be your husband . I think she was a virgin. I think she felt discarded after he picked up and left her in bed after sex because she gave him something so intimate and valuable which is her virginity. I think there's more to the story possibly he had a girlfriend and she found out and that angered her. Shannon Ruth pure fabricated and the groupie I think she did sleep with him . I believe she lied about her age because she was going around with every guy.

Aaron stood with Nick back in the younger days, saying his mother was not a mother like figure who loves her sons she used their money. Their parents divorced, and Aaron called the police on her for an act of violence towards the father because he was with another woman. The house of Carter's shows that Aaron missed both of his parents, but Nick was angry at them. After the father died, the mother was all Aaron turned to as Nick had others to turn to BSB. She rubbed off on Aaron with her madness at Nick and the life of fame, and that worsened his addiction and his illness. That is what I've seen by following many RU-vid videos interviews on the internet.

Tom Hudak, Production Manager for the B&B Tour, was present for both Tacoma Dome shows and therefore “intimately familiar with the logistics and operations for each show.”19 Hudak testified that after every show, the band members would be provided a robe and towel as they left the stage, escorted to their respective tour bus and would then immediately depart from the venue. Hudak also testified in detail about the “quick-out” process and its use during the Tacoma shows. Hudak testified that Ruth’s claim that she waited in an autograph line outside Carter’s tour bus after the concert “is false.” “During the [B&B Tour], security did not permit autograph lines before or after performances.” Hudak was clear: There were no autograph lines after the shows and fans did not have access to the tour bus staging area. Ms. Ruth’s claims that Nick Carter remained at the venue and invited her onto his tour bus is false. Once again, all of the band members, including Nick Carter, immediately exited the venue after each show. Moreover, fans did not have access to the tour bus staging area, which was guarded by several security guards at all times, so it would have been impossible for her to get on his tour bus before the buses left together. Given my experiences with and personal observations throughout the Black & Blue World Tour as well as my familiarity with the operating procedures and logistics we had in place for the tour, Ms. Ruth’s accusations that Nick Carter sexuallyassaulted her on his tour bus outside of the venue after one of the concerts is beyond the realm of possibility. In February of 2001, Jonathan Morant (“Morant”) was the manager for Krystal Harris, a singer/songwriter that opened for the Backstreet Boys throughout the B&B Tour. Morant was present for nearly all of the concerts during the tour, including both shows in Tacoma. As Krystal Harris’ manager, Morant was intimately familiar with the security rocedures and protocols in place for the tour. Morant reviewed his “tour book” for the B&B Tour and confirmed that Ms. Harris and the band did “quick-outs” from the Tacoma Dome on both February 25, 2001 and February 26, 2001. Morant was very clear that “[t]here were no autograph lines after the shows and fans did not have access to the tour bus staging area.” In fact, Robert Fontenot, Venue Security Director for the Backstreet Boys’ B&B Tour, testified that “compounds” would be constructed around tour bus staging areas at every venue. These compounds, either constructed of fencing or other barricading, were “set up to prohibit the public from entering.” In addition to the structural barricades, Fontenot testified that there were always security personnel guarding the tour bus staging areas. Fontenot also confirmed that the band members had personal security guard “that always accompanied [them] whenever the band member was not on stage performing.” “These security guards would escort each band member to their tour bus and then board the tour bus with the band member as they departed the venue.” Fontenot concluded his Affidavit as follows: Based on my experiences and personal observations during the tour, Ms. Ruth’s claim that she waited in a line outside of Nick Carter’s tour bus after one of theTacoma Dome shows is false. There were no autograph lines after the shows and fans did not have access to the tour bus staging area.Morant further concluded his Affidavit, testifying that Ruth’s story “is false” and “factually impossible.” Carlos Cardenas (“Cardenas”), a security guard for the Backstreet Boys from 1998 to 2001,was assigned as Kevin Richardson’s (a Backstreet Boys’ member) personal security guard during the B&B Tour. Cardenas was part of the security team for both Tacoma shows and testified that “the Security Protocol was strictly followed.” Cardenas testified that the Chief of Security for the B&B Tour was Billy Evans, and that Billy was also assigned to Carter as Carter’s personal security guard. As the Chief of Security, Billy “enforced a very strict security protocol that he had implemented for the B&B Tour given their immense popularity during this time.” The “Security Protocol” involved the following: (a) Security accompanied each of the band members at all times; (b) the only time a band member was allowed to be left alone was after they were escorted by security to their own hotel room; (c) since each band member had their own tour bus, all tour buses were required to travel together and stay together at all times; and (d) security was required to always maintain a close watch on all band members at all times - no exceptions. Significantly, “[i]In adhering to the Security Protocol at the Tacoma concerts, it was strictly prohibited for any band member to be left alone on their respective tour bus with a fan due to safety and liability concerns.” Like all other witnesses, Cardenas testified that Ruth’s story is “impossible” given the mandatory security protocols in place. Cardenas concluded his Affidavit testifying as follows: Based on my personal knowledge and experience as security for the Backstreet Boys at the February 2001 Tacoma Dome concerts, it would be impossible for any fan to be alone with any of the band members on their tour bus.“I know that Nick Carter was never left alone with any fan on his tour bus.” Marcus Johnson (“Johnson”), a member of the Backstreet Boys security detail for the B&B Tour, confirmed the foregoing strict security protocol. Johnson was present for both Tacoma shows, confirmed that the band did a “quick-out” after the February 25, 2001 show and, significantly, that he “personally observed Nick Carter board his own tour bus with Billy and leave at the same time to head to the Four Seasons Hotel.” Upon arriving at the Four Seasons, Johnson “personally escorted Nick Carter and the other band members into the hotel.” Johnson later escorted Carter back down to the tour buses to board AJ McClean’s tour bus. Johnson boarded the bus alongside Carter. Following the protocol, Johnson remained on the bus with Carter until it was time to escort him back to his hotel room. Johnson then personally escorted Carter to his hotel room. Based on his personal knowledge and experience as security for the Backstreet Boys at the Concert, Johnson testified that it would be impossible for any fan to be alone with any of the band members on their tour bus.

continue.... Fans Confirmed that Carter was Immediately Transported to the Four Seasons Hotel in Downtown Seattle Shortly After the Concert. Susan Riggs (“Riggs”), a friend of Carter and Backstreet Boys fan at the time, attended numerous Backstreet Boys’ concerts between 1998 and 2010. In February 2001, Riggs and a friend flew to Seattle and rented a car in order to drive north to attend a Backstreet Boys concert in Vancouver, Canada on February 23, 2001. After the Vancouver show, Riggs followed the band’s tour buses to Seattle in order to attend both concerts at the Tacoma Dome on February 25 and 26, 2001.In fact, because she knew the band and other crew members, Riggs made reservations to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel with the band. A crew member informed Riggs that the band would be doing “quick-outs” from the venue on both nights. Riggs testified that she and her friend exited both concerts two to three songs early so they could beat the crowd and position their vehicle so they could follow the tour buses as they exited the venue. After the February 25, 2001 concert, Riggs personally observed Carter exit the venue, board his tour bus and immediately drive away. From where we were parked, I had a clear view of the exit doors and path the band would have to take through the doors to their tour buses.Immediately after the show concluded, I personally observed the entire band, including Nick Carter, exit the Tacoma Dome and rush straight to their tour buses. The band and other crew members, climbed onto their buses and the buses immediately left the Tacoma Dome for the hotel in Seattle. After the February 25, 2001, show, Riggs followed the tour buses back to the hotel in Seattle and then socialized with several people, including Carter, until approximately 3:30 am. Given her experiences and personal observations, Riggs testified: “I believe Ms. Ruth's story to be factually impossible.” Ashley Large (“Ashley”) recalls attending her very first Backstreet Boys concert at the Tacoma Dome on February 25, 2001. Ashley attended the concert with her mother and two friends, Andrea Carlston and Amanda Humble. Ashley testified that the only opportunity to meet the band was at an organized meet-and greet event before the concert. Ashley testified that only fans that won karaoke contests could attend the pre-concert meet-and-greet event. Although Ashley and her friends entered a contest, they did not win and could therefore not attend the meet and-greet event. Like Susan, Ashley confirmed that there were no autograph lines and no opportunities to get autographs from band members after the concert. Ashley testified, “I definitely would have waited in line to get autographs from the band if the opportunity existed.” Significantly, Ashley testified that they exited the venue ahead of the majority of the crowd and spoke with a crew member at a red light. Shortly after our quick exit from the Tacoma Dome, we stopped next to a tour bus at a red light. I remember my girlfriends and I getting excited as we believed the bus was the Backstreet Boys’ tour bus. We were screaming to get the attention of the passengers of the bus. Our screaming worked as a crew member opened the door to speak with us. We asked if the Backstreet Boys were on the bus and the crew member stated that only crew members were on the bus but that the Backstreet Boys were behind them in separate buses. I remember looking back and seeing several tour buses lined up behind us. Ashley concluded her Affidavit with the following testimony: “Based on my personal knowledge and observations, the timeline of Ms. Ruth's story cannot be true.” Ashley further testified: . . . I do not believe that Ms. Ruth is telling the truth as the timeline of events in her story is inconsistent with my personal observations. I believed and believe Ms. Ruth’s story to be false with such conviction that I informed the Backstreet Boys’ management of what I observed. I do not know Nick Carter or any of the other Backstreet Boys. I have never met them or even spoke to them. I am a Backstreet Boys fan and do follow them on social media. I make this Affidavit only because I believe what Ms. Ruth is doing is wrong and, more importantly, false based on my personal observations that night. Melissa Kronenwetter (“Melissa”) was 16 years old when she attended the February 25, 2001 Backstreet Boys Concert. Melissa testified that the concert was a significant event in her life and that she has detailed and clear memories of the same. Melissa even saved her ticket stub and parking pass which she has attached as an exhibit to her Affidavit. Melissa arrived at the concert early and personally observed that the tour bus staging area was fenced off, eliminating any public access. “The area where the trucks and tour buses parked and unloaded was protected and secured by fences. There was zero access to this area.” Melissa testified that she also entered a karaoke contest which she won. She testified the security was extremely tight and structured as her and her friend were escorted backstage to the meet-and-greet. While backstage, Melissa was permitted to take a photograph of her, her friend and the band. She kept the photo and it is attached as an exhibit to her Affidavit. After the concert, Melissa and her friend lingered so they could continue taking in the experience. She testified that security was very tight and would not permit any fans to get backstage. Melissa also confirmed that there were no opportunities to get autographs after the concert and that the meet-and-greet event was held backstage before the Backstreet Boys performed. After the concert, Melissa observed and again testified that “the area where the tour buses were parked was completely inaccessible to the concert attendees.” Melissa concluded her testimony as follows: “[g]iven my personal observations, I believe Ms. Ruth’s story to be factually impossible.”

After this there is a little more graphic description of what Nick supposedly did to Shay, talk about his private parts and what they looked like etc. (which btw. Shay is unable to describe) I won´t add this out of respect for Nick. It is in the court papers for anyone to read though. Honestly, I imagined this summary to be a lot shorter, but MAN...there is a lot left!

THE DETAILS RUTH COULD RECALL WERE SUBSEQUENTLY PROVEN TO BE LIES BY HER BEST FRIEND When pressed for information about her claims, Ruth testified “I don’t know” a total of 64 times, and “I don’t remember” a total of 146 times. The few handful of details Ruth did provide have proven to be outright lies by her own best friend and others including: (1) Carter bruising Ruth’s arm after the sexual assault; (2) Carter giving Ruth HPV and genital warts; (3) Ruth having autism and cerebral palsy; (4) Ruth self-inflicting harm as a result of the alleged assault by Carter; and (5) Ruth’s identification of Carter’s security guard and description of his tour bus. The only witness who Ruth said could corroborate her story, Eleanor, testified that she didn’t even know that Ruth was claiming to have been raped by Carter at the Concert until 2020 (nearly 20 years later) when Ruth reached out to her. Worse, Eleanor testified that Ruth offered to share in the money Ruth hopes to recover from Carter via her extortive efforts should Eleanor testify a certain way, Ruth’s bribe understandably bothered Eleanor: Q. Does it bother you at all that Shannon Ruth offered to share money with you if she recovered anything from this lawsuit from Nick Carter? A. Yes. Q. And why? A. Because that’s not what I was in this for. And yeah, there’s no, no way. After the alleged sexual assault, Ruth claims that Carter grabbed her arm, causing bruising, and called her a “retarded little bitch.” Ruth testified that when she got home, she noticed that there was bruising on her arm from Carter, that Eleanor asked her about the bruising and that Eleanor took a picture of it: Q. So when you got home, you would agree that you took a picture of the bruising on your arm that you claim Nick Carter gave you, right? A. Eleanor actually took it. At her deposition, however, Eleanor denied ever taking such a picture and denied Ruth ever showing her bruising on her arm after the Concert: Q. Did you ever take a picture of Shannon Ruth’s arm at her house after the concert with a bruise on it? A. No. Q. Did Shannon Ruth ever show you bruising on her arm after the concert? A. No. As a result of her alleged sexual encounter with Carter, Ruth claims that she was infected with the human papillomavirus (commonly known as HPV), a sexually transmitted infection known to cause health problems such as genital warts and cervical cancer. According to Ruth, in the fall of 2001, she noticed that she had developed genital warts after her alleged sexual encounter with Carter. Ruth claims she called Eleanor and Eleanor’s mother and went to their house to show them the warts on her genital area. Ruth was clear during her deposition that she actually showed her genitals to Eleanor and her mother so they could view the warts on her vagina. Ruth then claims that Eleanor’s mother, together with Eleanor, drove her to a walk-in clinic in Washington to have the genital warts examined. According to Ruth, she was diagnosed with HPV at this time. Ruth testified that Eleanor was in the room with her the entire time when the doctor told her that she had HPV. Under penalty of perjury, Ruth further testified that Eleanor would back up her entire story about what happened at the Washington clinic: Q. So Eleanor would be able to back up your story - is that what you are saying - about what happened in the Washington clinic? A. Yes. Eleanor, however, testified the exact opposite way and did not corroborate Ruth’s tall tale in any aspect. Specifically, Eleanor testified that Ruth did not call her in the fall of 2001 to tell her that she had developed genital warts after her alleged sexual encounter with Carter, Ruth did not come over to her house to show her genitals to Eleanor, and Eleanor’s mother did not drive Ruth to a clinic in Washington state to have her genital warts examined. Eleanor further testified that she has never been to the doctor with Ruth and certainly did not accompany her to any clinic where a doctor diagnosed her with genital warts. When questioned about whether she had been tested for HPV more than once with the results coming back negative, Ruth testified “I don’t know.” The evidence confirms that while Ruth was living in Hurricane, Utah, she was seen by Family Healthcare starting in 2017 and tested negative for HPV. Ruth failed to produce any medical records confirming that she had ever been diagnosed with HPV. At the time of the Concert, Ruth claims she had been diagnosed with and was suffering from autism and cerebral palsy. The reality is that those closest to Ruth have testified that they never knew she had autism or cerebral palsy, including Eleanor: Q. So it’s your testimony that during your best friendship with Shannon Ruth from 2000 to 2002, you never knew that she had autism, correct? A. No, correct. Q. Did Shannon Ruth ever tell you during this time frame that she had autism? A. Not that I recall at all. Q. During this same time frame did you know whether Shannon Ruth had cerebral palsy? A. No. Q. Did Shannon Ruth ever tell you during this time frame that she had cerebral palsy? A. No. Joy Leist, another good friend of Ruth’s during the relevant timeframe, testified that she believes Ruth’s statements that she suffered from autism and cerebral palsy at the time to be false: .. despite our relationship and substantial communications before and after February 2001, Shannon never mentioned to me that she was autistic or suffered from cerebral palsy. In fact, she visited me in San Diego twice during the summer of 2000, one such trip she stayed at my home, and I had no idea that she was autistic or suffered from cerebral palsy. In personally observing Shannon during these trips, I had no inkling that she was autistic, that she suffered from cerebral palsy or that she suffered from any other mental/physical condition.[b]ased on my personal experiences, knowledge and familiarity with her, I believe her statements that she suffered from these conditions at the time to be false. Other than Ruth’s own word in telling medical providers what she claims to have been diagnosed with, there have been no medical records produced that confirm she was actually diagnosed with autism or cerebral palsy. This despite specific discovery requests being made for such documents. At a press conference held on December 8, 2022, Ruth claimed that the emotional trauma she suffered from Carter’s alleged assault resulted in her self-harming. Specifically, Ruth claimed that “after [the] assault, [she] started cutting [herself] to hide [her] pain.” Ruth claims that hurting herself was and is the only way she could express her pain and emotions.Contrary to Ruth’s foregoing lies, Eleanor and Joy who were close to Ruth during the relevant timeframe both testified that Ruth was cutting herself well before attending the Concert. In the summer of 2000, Ruth traveled to San Diego to stay with Joy at her home. Later that same summer, Ruth visited San Diego a second time but stayed in a hotel as she was travelling with a friend. During this second trip, Joy and her husband, Curtis Leist, visited Ruth and her friend at their hotel. Both Joy and Curtis recalled Ruth being very sunburned as she and her friend had spent the preceding day at Sea World. Joy and Curtis also testified that they observed wounds on Ruth’s arm that resembled cut marks. According to Joy and Curtis, the cut marks were organized in an area on Ruth’s arm and “were clearly intentional and self-inflicted.” In fact, Joy also testified that Ruth cutting herself prior to 2001 was known and discussed by “Street Team” chat rooms, by Street Team members. Indeed, Joy testified as follows: Based on my involvement with the Street Team and personal observations of Shannon in the summer of 2000, I believe Shannon’s statement that she began to “self-harm” and/or cut herself as a result of an assault that allegedly occurred in February of 2001 to be false. Based on my involvement with the Street Team and personal observations of Shannon in the summer of 2000, Shannon was cutting herself well in advance of the assault and rape that she claims Nick Carter committed against her in February of 2001. Similar to Joy, Ruth’s best friend Eleanor further confirmed that she first noticed that Ruth was inflicting self-harm in the fall of 2000, months prior to the alleged assault.

continue.... Ruth testified that when Carter invited her to join him on his tour bus, she followed Carter to the bus where Nick’s security guard, Johnny “Q” Elgani, was standing. Ruth claims that Carter told Q that she was with him, Q nodded, and then she proceeded onto the bus. At her deposition, Ruth identified pictures of Q and was “positive” that he was the man he saw who allowed her onto Carter’s tour bus. By identifying Q by name, Ruth testified that she was able to describe what Carter’s security guard looked like almost 20 years later to Melissa Schuman who then told her that his name was Q. In fact, in her responses to interrogatories, Ruth identified Q by name approximately 12 different times. Q was never a security guard on the B&B Tour for Carter or any other member of the Backstreet Boys, which is reflected in the actual tour program. Marty Hom (“Hom”), the tour manager for the B&B Tour, testified that he was responsible for overseeing the entire scope of the B&B Tour, including hiring all security personnel. Hom confirmed that Billy Evans, who was the Chief of Security at the time, served as Carter’s personal security guard throughout the entire B&B Tour. According to Hom, at no time during the B&B Tour did any other security guard substitute in for Mr. Evans to act as security for Carter or guard his tour bus while he was performing after concerts. Familiar with every security guard that worked on the Tour, Hom testified that he had never even heard of “Q” before and was 100% confident that he was not employed on the Tour: I am not familiar with a person by the name of Johnny “Q” Elgani and frankly have never even heard of the name before. I can say with 100% confidence that Johnny “Q” Elgani was not employed as a security guard during the Tour, and he certainly never served as a security guard for Nick Carter on the Tour.After being asked to explain how she claimed to have seen “Q” before boarding Carter’s tour bus after the Concert when he was not there, Ruth could not offer any explanation: Q. So how is it that you identified that Q, in Exhibit 30, was the man you saw as a security guard you ran into prior to boarding Nick Carter’s tour bus, but he was not a security [guard] at the Black & Blue Tour? A.I don’t know. Not only is Ruth wrong about Carter’s security guard, but she also could not testify as to the color of Carter’s tour bus, what the bus door looked like, how many stairs she went up before she got onto the bus, the size of the table she sat at when she was allegedly served the VIP drink or whether there were chairs or benches, whether there was a TV on the bus, bunk beds, or a skylight.In fact, Ruth was unable to provide any details as to what the inside of Carter’s tourbus looked like except that “the bathroom was on the left side of the bus, and in the back of the bus, there was a bed.”Ruth also testified that the toilet and shower were separate.It appears that Ruth does not have firsthand knowledge of these details and only obtained this information from Melissa Schuman as memorialized in Ruth’s following journal entry dated August 24, 2021: I got some amazing news today! Melissa knows someone named Michelle [Landau] who was on the Black and Blue tour as a dancer. She remembers and has pictures of the bus! She remembers the bed, the bathroom without the shower and the toilet and the bald security guard! Now I have proof of the tour bus. Significantly, the few details Ruth testified to about Carter’s tour bus were wrong. In February 2001, Carter was using his family’s tour bus where the bathroom was located on the right side and the toilet and shower were not separate. In the summer of 2001, Backstreet Boy, AJ McLean went to rehab and the B&B Tour was put on hold. When the B&B Tour resumed for its third leg in or about the fall of 2001, Carter had a different tour bus rented by the Backstreet Boys, which had the bathroom on the left side with the toilet and shower separated. Michelle Landau (“Landau”), who provided Melissa Schuman and thereafter Ruth details about Carter’s tour bus, was describing a tour bus used months after the Concert, at a time when Landau was dating Carter. At her deposition, Ruth was asked how she was going to explain to the jury that her description of Carter’s tour bus and his security guard were all wrong to support her claims of r@pe, she once again testified “I don’t remember. I don’t know.”

He’s tried to help Aaron MULTIPLE times. He’s paid for his rehab and his therapy. There’s only so much a person can do. Aaron needed to be the one who REALLY wanted the help.

Nick has sent Aaron to rehab dozens of times. Aaron has even said that Nick has saved his life

I think they did allow him, but he chose not to go because he didn't want her funeral to be the spectacle it would have been if he had gone. He knew his family wouldn't hold back on anything and he was probably right.

You have to look at the character of the individual as well as those making the accusations and Nick's ex's testimony to his character. That's all there is at this point.

@@Zer0.-_ That's not actual physical proof that he did was these women are alleging that he did, it's merely just them making accusations 20 years later. The fact that the farce of a justice system allows this shows just what a scam it truly is.

@@TrustNot26 Like I said, who knows if it's true or not. In these cases you have to talk to as many people as the accused knows and try and see if there are more people who say he is evil vs good. That isn't the bar I hold for proving something in a court of law, but perhaps public opinion.
