We had bomb threats at our school on a semi-regular basis. I don't think anyone took them seriously, but as per protocol, we had to evacuate the school when it happened. Some time around my junior year, they were occurring almost twice per day. This was right before everyone had cellphones so tracking the source wasn't as easy. There was some rumor going around that if three bomb threats occurred in one day, they would have to send us home, but then the teachers countered saying if this kept up, they would be forced to tack on extra days to the semester to make up for lost time. This was before the winter break and it would have been during exams, so you wouldn't be able to skip without the risk of flunking. Suddenly, the bomb threats stopped. We only had one last threat occur my senior year... on 9/11. Everyone just went home that day. I believe these days, those threats would not have been taken so lightly.
Warning: Long ass read I went K-12 in Las Vegas (Henderson specifically) and had the typical high school shennigans (weed, fights, etc), so while i dont have the typical school-wide illegal inccident to tell, i do have a personal one to share. I attended Foothill High school from 2007-10 which was right next to a campus for the local community college. This meant that, as long as you could get past the monitors when leaveing and returning, you could skip or leave for lunch quite easily, since a lot of college people walked around all the time so cops never stopped people with backpacks for truency (Unless you were a freshman that looked 12 lol). One day myself and my two friends, lets call them Blue and Fox, were walking back to campus after ditching to eat off campus for lunch. We would cut through a residential area and a large plot of desert on the way back, and while in the neighborhood, we found a bunch of debris (like chuncks of broken concrete) on the sidewalk along a really high stone wall. Well, Fox in his infinite wisdom decides to pick up a chunck and heave it up and over the wall for no good reason. A few seconds later, we hear a loud crashing sound like shattering glass (in hindsight likely an outdoor glass table or something) and start to run down the street. About a minute later a lady comes into the road and screams angerly something at us. I am terrified she would pursue us in a vehicle or something, espcially since I was definately the fat friend you outrun for self preservation. Luckily nothing came of it, but i feel bad still and hope no one got hurt.
There was this phase at my school where a bunch of kids where sneaking in vapes. The weird thing is that the teachers would look through our backpacks and we had to go through a metal detector before we could go into the school so i had no idea how they got the vapes into the school. And one of those kids was my sept sister who was in 9th grade.
A lot of the I use are made of plastic and use ceramic coils. Metal detectors are for detection large amounts of metal like a firearm. The small amount of metals in a button on your pants or a small piece inside a vape will not get detected (we also have iron in our blood). They probably put them in their underwear or bras and walked thru lol. Cheap vapes are plastic and they’re disposable which means kids could care less if it gets taken away when they can be replaced for cheap.
@@JamesBoard42 we had one guy expelled for drgs. But it was one person. It had very little effect on anyone else. So I don’t really see it as particularly problematic.
For me, the worst thing that happened in my school was a fight at lunch because one kid insulted anouther kid.. or his gf idk, i didnt see it and it was all rumors about what happened. But it was over with really fast and no one got seriously hurt-
I demonstrated my lockpicking hobby at my highschool multiple times. Usually at the end of the day, after classes, while waiting on our parents to arrive. I'd start by asking someone to lock me out of the room and then pick my way back in. I'd then demonstrate more in view once the door was open. I even had teachers somewhat interested and watching a couple times.
I wouldn't say its highly illegal but in 5th grade i went to the bathroom, nothing was wrong with it and when i left, another girl was at the door about to go in but i noticed something in her hand. I didn't pay any mind to it as i went back to my classroom and continued my day, time skip to after school i was walking to my bus and the principal walked up to me, and talked to me in English (keep in mind i went to a Spanish emersion school and they really wanted us to speak Spanish to each other, so when a teacher talks to you in English you know something is up.) he asked me if I've been into the bathroom that day and if i did anything to it, i said yes i went there but did nothing. He told me that someone wrote things such as the n-word, something about a teacher having sex with his student's and other hateful things, but they wrote MY NAME on it, it said "[Name] was here." he told me to just go onto my bus and that we'll figure it out. I got to my bus stop and went into my mom's car, he called my mom while we were in the car and told her about it, once they hung up she asked me if i did it, i said no, she asked if i was lying, again i said no and started crying. He sent us a picture of the vandalism and honestly i was absolutely disgusted, my mom told me to go grab a paper that i wrote on to see if it matched, it looked pretty closely but i wasn't close enough. Skip to a couple days later and the principal and vise principal go into classes and tell everyone about what happened but didn't say whose name was on it. While they were talking i started tearing up, it honestly really sucked, being framed is probably one of the worst things to happen to someone. They decided to separate us into groups and talk about it, they asked us questions about why they think the person did it or along with other things...which wasn't really helpful, long story short they never found out who did it. I do have a hunch on like 2 girls, one was the girl that i saw coming into the bathroom and the other was a really bad behaved student, everyone hated her, she would always disrupt the class and was extremely rude to teachers, I'm still in school and used to sit next to her in third period and she's the absolute worst, she's gross, loud, rude just everything you wouldn't want in a person. I'm on the spectrum and i constantly have to leave mid class because i get overstimulated almost every single day when I'm with her. And she still treats me like im her friend??? Honestly whoever did that to me, i fucking hate you and i hope nothing but the worst for you, you're literally one of the reasons i had to get homeschooled.
There was a case at my school where three kids in the 7th grade demanded protection from some kid and told him that if he didn't pay them they would beat him or something. It went on like this for a while until a few days ago when he didn't pay, then two days ago after school they waited for him with a knife and a spike. And only by a miracle was he saved by some parent who happened to be passing by. Now they are under house arrest for a week.
TLDR: Mouthy girl gets beaten up by laid back boy during Biology class, no assault charges filed. A boy in my class beat up a mouthy girl with a mop handle until it broke and none of us did anything because she had bullied him for weeks prior saying he wasn't man enough, he had a small penis, he had a smelly foreskin etc, just vile insults and I personally didnt understand why because they werent even in the same social circle. I was also a huge nerd so my friends and I were pretty clueless to what was happening with the more loud social kids. Anyway, it happened during the Biology class after the teacher left us alone to draw and name parts of the heart, for our afternoon's double lesson. This mouthy girl started at it with the insults to this somewhat laid back guy who was in my opinion nice because he always said hi to my friends and I, and would sometimes study with us during prep. He picked up the mop and proceeded to whack her on the back over and over with it. The class was silent with everybody staring in shock while she screamed. She then fell down, tripped by her desk and because our school had uniforms with girls wearing skirts, she flashed her red panties to the whole class. We erupted in laughter and concern. Some people were shouting that her panties were torn. It was like her falling jolted us awake. The class prefect ran to the staff room to get the Biology teacher as people kept cheering this guy and laughing at her. I just moved to the back of the class for my own safety and watched. No one helped the girl before the teacher came, even her so-called friends, because she was rude, obnoxious and a bully and people thought she had it coming. They were both suspended for 1 week. That was the first boy-girl fight I had ever seen in my life. I know assault is illegal but no charges were pressed by the girl's family against the boy and she still had pink welts on her neck and hands when she removed her sweater. She also got stockings to hide the welts on her legs where the skirt didnt reach. Anyway, she stopped being so mouthy but she was still annoying.
In 9th Grade, two students got into a fight in the hallway, a teacher tried to break it up. A third student leapt onto his back from a stairwell and tried to choke the teacher. How the teacher got out of that, I don't remember but it turns out one of the three dumb dumbs started the whole thing to get expelled so he could transfer to another school where all his friends were at.
Every kid that had any kind of learning impairment or neuro-atypical brain condition was allowed to complete their classwork in the Special Ed classroom with the SpEd teacher. It was because he was educated in creating a low distraction environment and he knew how to work with behavioral challenges incidental to these students. Well, every year we had to do standardized testing. We had the AIMS test in AZ and the PSAT/NMSQT at roughly the same time. Well, the Special Ed teacher pulled his normal students to take their tests in his room. What did he do? He helped them all cheat. He gave them hints or outright answers and he provided calculators. When the testing was all done, it was about a week before a student spilled the beans and it was a BIG deal. Huge deal. The school was investigated. They had to retake the tests.
This happened after I graduated but it was my old school and my nextdoor neighbors. I have both of their houses on either side of mine. I sleep with my windows open in the summer. So I hear all the loud parties on the weekends. Yay for me 😩Two of my female teenage neighbors were hanging out in their backyard and openly bragging about their BJ skills. They were 14. I was grossed out and closed my window. I assumed they were just talking crap to seem “mature”. But a year later it was discovered that the two off them were running a prostitution ring at the school. The police found out. They were expelled and forbidden from ever seeing each other again. One girl completely vanished from the neighborhood. The other, became my coworker years later but didn’t know who I was which was good because her family had been quite nasty to mine. I felt bad for her. Her mother was physically and verbally abusive. The psycho mom would scream like a t-rex (just pure roar no words) and then peel out down the road in her car. we’d called child services on her when we saw the mom throw her son into a wall. Hence the reason mommy didn’t like us and retaliated by telling her kids to hate us too. As coworkers, I never let on to her or anyone that I knew her history or that we were neighbors. But she realized who I was when her ride bailed and I offered to drive her to work. She was very apologetic for not recognizing me but I just joked about not being an outdoor person. After that, Her mom stopped giving us the finger when she drove by our house. And her brother stopped vandalizing our property. I don’t think it was because I was her manager because they continued to behave after she left the company. And I don’t even know if she knew what I knew. I think this was really just two people seeing each other as people and understanding each other. She was actually a good worker and I was happy to see her on my work schedule. I was also disappointed when she quit a month in because her boyfriend got her pregnant and they moved away together. I don’t know where she is now but I hope she’s happy and doing well.
Dont know about illegal but definately unfair. Was in second grade or so and got called to the office out of nowhere. My parents were there and looked really upset for some reason. The principal asked me to shit the door behind me so we could all talk. Not a good sign. They then asked me if there was anything i had to say before we begin, then i formed me that there was a rather disturbing lewd drawing that was found and i was being blamed for. I asked who found it. "That doesnt matter, we know it was you." I challanged the accusation again, asking eho said it was me who drew it to which my parents and principal all responded with variations of, "We know it was you, too many people said they saw you." To which i broke down pleading with anyone to even consider my side, or at the very least doubt whoever accused me, if they even existed. My dad's reply, "IF YOU DONT ADMIT TO THIS YOURE IN TROUBLE FOR LYING TOO!!" With expulsion and the possiblity of legal action from the school board and parish (Lousyanna) i admitted to whatever "They said i did, cuz i know the truth." to save me from the growing list of severity of threats from my parents. Got my butt handed to me when we got home for my 'smart mouth whem owning up' but i learned a good bit. As a minor, you have no rights or consideration. An adult or even a handfup of kids who want to be mean can merely point at you and say, "They done it" and in the eyes of those in authority, youre already guilty and the more you proclaim your innocence, the harsher your punishment for "not accepting the comsequences of your actions" will be. If you are in any situatuon like that in the future, do not dispair. This too shall pass and as long as you KNOW in your heart, mind, and memories you are not guilty of something, they cant take that away, and rest that karma comes around.
I completely agree about fireworks! I like them because they’re pretty when used properly, but I think they are too dangerous to be used by civilians. 1) As mentioned, fireworks can be very dangerous when things go wrong or if they are used improperly. Damage to property, burns, loss of digits or even limbs, loss of LIFE. That goes for people and animals. 2) Even if there’s no physical injury to people or animals, the sound of fireworks can cause great distress in some. People work PTSD, veterans, and animals can all experience severe distress when they hear the loud bangs; some animals get so worked up that they DIE. 3) The above can happen when fireworks are actually used correctly, but there’s also the issue of people using them to pull off “pranks” as we heard in the video, or even as a weapon, both of which increases the likelihood of harm/loss of life. In my ideal world, fireworks would be inaccessible to civilians and fireworks shows would only be put on by trained professionals, in a secluded and secure location to minimise damage and harm and distress.
My time to shine! I went to a vocational school for high school. While I’m sure many vocational schools are lovely, mine was (with the exception of the medical shops ‘course) where you’d go if you either couldn’t or wouldn’t go to your town’s public school (my case was a little mix of both; not a troublemaker but I probably would’ve ended my life due to the bullying and disregard for my disabilities by teachers in my hometown’s school system.) We had plenty of the regular; kids vaping, kids smoking weed, people brining a pitcher of THC-laced lemonade and pouring drinks of it for their friends to give out as a prank and subsequently having beverages banned without the proper medical note. But the one I’m about to share is one that’s a bit more uncommon: (Names changed of course) I walk into my academic homeroom, like, 3-4 weeks into freshman year. I was always early at this point as I really wanted a fresh start and to try having a ‘good’ school experience for the first time in nearly 7-8 years at this point. On my way to said homeroom I hear the rumor mill a’ turnin’ and this was something I never really payed attention to. Except this time the mill mongers were saying “‘Alex’ has an ankle brace now!” Confused but not really interested I take my seat. In walks ‘Mick’ and ‘Sophie’, twins who were very nice and way more up the popular scale than me and super approachable. “Hey Sophie,” I ask, “did you hear some kid got himself an ankle brace?” “Is he Alex?” Sophie asks back. “Yeah, I think I heard that’s what his name is. Don’t know him myself though.” “Good,” Mick replies, “because that senior got that because of us, and he’s an ass so it’s best you don’t know him.” “Why? What’d you do to get an upperclassman arrested?” “Us? We didn’t do anything. We just told our mum.” “Okay, well, what’s the thing he did that you had to tell your mum?” “Oh… well, he was bullying us these past couple weeks.” “I’m surprised that bullying was taken seriously enough to get the cops involved.” “Oh, not regular bullying. You’re right about that never getting taken seriously. No, Alex found out we’re Jewish and has been sending us death threats both through School Messages and in person.” “HE WHAT???” Yeah, that’s right, this dude, who’s already almost 18 was threatening to kill a couple 14YOs because he hated their religion so bad. Mick and Sophie obviously didn’t like talking about it at all, and I completely understand and respect such a valid point. I did hear from the gossipy kids that Alex did leave them alone for the most part, with the exception of a friend-of-a-friend type of he-said-she-said that he was like suuuuper pissed that they told their mum though. I’m just glad they’re okay, they’re really good people.
An illegal thing that happened at my school? I'd say the Devious Licks challenge. We didn't have soap dispensers in the bathrooms for weeks. Good thing I always carry hand sanitizer!
In my public Middle School in Arizona during the 90s our social studies teacher made us all take Muslim names, convert to Islam, and read the Koran in class.
I live in a rural area of Wisconsin people often call the "driftless region" so illegal things did happen but no one cared or they got caught right away. The most illegal thing I remember is someone was selling $15 homemade acid tabs out of the only boys bathroom during the homecoming dance, I don't think they were ever caught despite everyone knowing what happened. My favorite time was when we would do "lock down drills" and they used this time to bring drug dogs in to check lockers. You could tell what students had stuff in their locker if the kids in your class started sweating, turned pale, or turned beat red. And we would listen through out the lockdown for the drug dogs signaling their trainer and counting how many we heard. I honestly don't remember anything about students in trouble other then them getting called to the office. Some not illegal but honorable mentions stuff, a classmate of mine bragged about stealing an Amish family's horse. Weather or not the buggy was with the horse we don't know The Agriculture class had a very pregnant sow (pig) in a farrowing crate in the school greenhouse, the reason for her being there was teaching purposes. The sow gave birth and we got to go out and see the very cute babies, but the same classmate as above immediately reached into the crate and grab one of the babies, and of course it started shrieking, our teacher poked his head into the green house and was like "HEY PUT THAT PIG... oh wait never mind" teacher immediately walked away. My classmate raised pigs and new what he was doing and the teacher was like oh okay and walked back into the wood shop while the pig was still shrieking I also had a classmate who was clearly very high and we had gym together (our class was like 7-9 kids total?) And my gym teacher could tell she greened out, so he let her sit out, and gave her Gatorade. During my 5th grade year (first year we were in the middle and high school building) the entire boys bathroom was messed up, a sink was off the walls, stalls broken. All sorts of stuff, and for a week the boys had to sit lined up in the gym until someone confessed and the girls got to play dodge ball in the wrestling room or played in the trampolines in the gymnastics room. We went on a 6th grade 3 day trip to a nature woods camp and the boys had a cabin, and girls had dorms. Anyways in the boys cabin someone flushed someone's flashlight down the toilet and the toilet broke and the school had to pay for the damages. Fun side note bc I'm thinking about being in school every spring it's FFA week and we have dress up days, and silly things we do ending in a "FFA carnival" some of the dress up days have been dress like a farm animal. One of the main things is drive your tractor to school day. So everyone participating in drive your tractor to school day wakes up extra early to make sure they will make it to school on time and they get a special spot in the parking lot, during lunch some people take the tractor out through drive throughs. End of the week is the carnival, normally it's a 3 hour period where people just sit in the gym and cheer on their classmates doing the competition, which normally are; corn hole, hey bale throwing, wheelbarrow races (someone is the wheelbarrow), plus others that are very farm related. It was a good time to just mess around in the bleachers
Currently still in highschool-kid stabbed some 22 year old lady for not going to prom with him, one of the teachers at the middle school that was connected to us was cuaght with CP, kid brought a gun into school, acid being handed out in the bathroom like pamphlets, teacher died from heart attack in school, kid took acid and now is brain damaged in school, sex in the bathroom, etc.
We had a kid take a fat dump in a condom and hide it in the boys locker room. I did hear the story from the kids who found it, there were no smear marks on the outside so he didn’t just shove it in. I’m just saying, he probably didn’t work alone. Someone had to hold the condom open while he dropped a log into it. The poopitrators were never caught.
I'm almost certain that there are plenty of things that I don't know about, but among those I do was a stretch in the fall of my junior year during which there were several phoned in bomb threats, and seeing kids doing drugs in the bathroom. The main one I remember was during the same year when a guy in my class pulled a weapon (I believe a knife) on another student and got expelled. The expelled student was one of those people who was always dead in the middle of some kind of drama, including, but certainly not limited to, *very* messy on-again/off-again relationships with multiple girls which resulted in a *lot* of hurt feelings on all sides. I was actually friends with one of the girls he dated, and heard a LOT about that stuff. I still remember hearing about his attacking a student and getting expelled, first from the kid who was attacked, and then hearing a complaint from a girl who had feelings for him (that, to my knowledge, never actually dated him) that his bringing in a weapon was "just a joke" and he shouldn't have been expelled. Suffice it to say, it was a mess.
Back in the late 1930's or early 1940s, when my Mom was at school (UK) she had a science teacher who blew up the school lab, and stank the school out at least three times! Not because he was doing anything illegal, mind you, but because he was bad at his job. According to my Mom, he was the archytypal "absent minded professor" and couldnt keep track of the experiment he was demonstrating. And while his back was turned to writeon the blackboard (yes, that means chalkboard) someone would turn the page of the book he was following, so he would add the wrong stuff and...BOOM! Or the worlds biggest smelliest, most foul stink bomb. he eventually got fired.
mine (this happened like a week ago) seniors were stealing URINALS, off the wall. some sinks too, but nobody got out with one, the school doesn't know where the urinals even went.
I don’t know how much of this is true, but apparently it was every big in my middle school and warning advised this story gets pretty messed up. All the upper class-men would constantly be whispering, about how this quite boy (let’s call him D, never actually found out his name) who was apparently being severely bullied snapped at the end of the previous school year. I don’t know the exact details but people heard a loud struggle and went to find out what was happening. What they found was horrible, D was curled up in the outer corner of the bathroom by the door with blood on him, but no injuries. They go in to see where the blood was from and found the main kid who bullied D de@d with pencil jetting out of his neck. It was apparently really big to the point where it was on the news. I don’t know if the school got into trouble for not stepping in sooner, but they did get a lot stronger on their no bullying policy.
A scandal in my high school? around 6 years ago Someone hacked into the gradebook and you could pay them to up your GPA a small amount. Edit: I'm going to add a few details I just remembered. The whole student body knew and the faculty just turned a blind eye to it. also another one: a fight broke out in the school then someone hit the police alarm, which caused all the classes to go outside while we wait for the situation to fix. I was walking with the Chinese teacher outside while that was happening. I moved schools after that school year , so I have no knowledge on other things that happened in that school
Late to the party This was in my freshman year. One day in early 2002, two girls began arguing, which spilled into my science classroom. We moved to the rear of the class, avoiding any weapons they could use. Given that this was a science classroom, obtaining anything that could be turned into a weapon was not difficult. Glassware was shattered, and the fighters took advantage of the shards. Our science instructor, Poppins, just placed her lesson plan on the desk. What Poppins did next took us all by surprise! She was given the name because she resembled the lead character in a Disney film. Poppins clotheslined both fighters and dragged them to the nearest vice principal's office. The office was located across the hall. By the way, the school had three vice principals. After the struggle, we simply remained still. There was blood and shattered glass where the brawl occurred. We were aware of the risks, but someone had to clean up the mess. We gathered brooms, paper towels, and cleansers and began cleaning. During the cleanup, Poppins reappeared, exactly as the janitorial personnel did. Poppins was wearing bandages from the fight she had broken up. However, she carried on with her teaching duties as if nothing had happened. The class simply remained silent for the remainder of the day. Rumors spread about why they were fighting. According to one of the girls, the other found out about the trash-talking of the other's dead cousin. Did I add that the supposed trash talker was white, while the target was black? It wasn't confirmed, which is probably for the best. Both fighters were "transferred" to different schools. Expulsion from the public school system is quite difficult in my hometown of Worcester, Massachusetts. To be booted out, you had to be guilty of rape or homicide.
The fireworks story can be a perfect example of why my schizophrenic ass school has *all* of its classroom doors locked in a way that they can be opened from inside but you need a key to one otherwise
In middle school science we had to do this expirement where we blew air bubbles into a chemical to make a reaction and the teacher said specifically don’t inhale don’t drink the chemicals. And this one kid did just that.
I had a lot of violence in my high school. Like "beaten bloody" violence. Because of the school zero-tolerance policy, it didn't matter who threw the first punch, it didn't matter if the victim didn't fight back at all, both sides got out of school suspension for a week. We had SROs, but they always conveniently weren't there when fighting happened when it involved someone on the football team or the kid of a school board member. And they say justice is blind.
The most illegal thing that happened at my high school (as far as I know) was teaching. Yup, my high school did not have the required legal permits to run as a teaching institution.
@@pinksubaru Not as far as I know, and they are still running. Perhaps they've got their stuff in order after all these years, or maybe no one has bothered doing anything about it.
5:56 same exact thing happened to me but it was elementary school. Dude was caught stealing funds from fundraisers. Was apparently brothers with the principal i had in a school in kindergarten too XD
Not when I was there but when my youngest sister was in high school there was a group of students who put anti-Semitic things. It was on the community center in town and the bathrooms at the school itself. On the desks too from what I hard. From what my sister told me they didn't really get into much trouble so that's a bad thing. I know in my sophomore year someone attempted to steal a triple-beam balance (a scale basically) to weigh his weed (it was illegal at this time). My associate principal chased him down herself like a boss though and apparently caught him from what I remember. We heard the commotion in my history class and the teacher went to see what it was. He then told us what was happening. That was when we learned that she was in the Olympics for track and field when she was younger.
2 of my classmates (who were 12) went out and got drunk one day. It was a pretty huge deal. Those same students were also caught vaping about a year later
One day in high school, our teacher for 3d design class didn't show up and there was no substitute. So kids started smoking cigarettes and chasing each other around with the blow torch.
during one of the home football games Senior year, fall season, a Junior I vaguely know brought drugs to the game. She was arrested, and also for attempting to flee from police. The next school day, we had an assembly about that, as well as the far less relevant, though still problematic behavior of some freshmen and sophomores in the cafeteria at lunch. Other than that, it was pretty chill
When i was in high school students and teachers would often smoke together outside. This was when cigarettes were still advertised on TV and in magazines.
In my public Middle School in Arizona during the 90s our social studies teacher made us all take Muslim names, convert to Islam, and read the Koran in class. One day in high school, our teacher for 3d design class didn't show up and there was no substitute. So kids started smoking cigarettes and chasing each other around with the blow torch.
My school is relatively normal compared to all these, but I can share a bit of (non illegal i think) stuff too I guess. 1. The school lets kids smoke/vape right in front of the main entrance to the school yard (idk if thats the correct description but whatever) and i always arrive at that entrance, seeing a group of kids smoking and it’s gross. I have no clue how our school doesn’t seem to care about this 2. There is a teacher who is a bit weird to put it lightly. Said he liked his wife because she “looked young” and always acted a bit weird around girls. Nobody has confirmation of this teacher actually being a gross person but it’s suspected because of his behavior. 3. Once a christian kid from my class started arguing with my religion teacher about whether or not it was fine to be gay. Kid pulled out a bible to try and prove his point. 4. I once had a breakdown over almost getting sent to detention because I forgot to do homework. I never had detention or something before and being autistic and socially anxious I really didn’t want to deal with coming to a classroom just to sit and do irrelevant homework. 5. Once one of my at the time friends took my iPad because he saw videos of me (I think) that were really old by the way, and I yelled through the whole cafeteria. I am really careful with my belongings and refuse to let others touch them so I overreacted in fear of him seeing things he wasn’t supposed to see (Nothing weird or anything, mostly just my art and personal stuff I wasn’t ready to talk about). He later told me he had a crush on me and apologised, saying he could let me look around his own iPad for 15 minutes. I denied that offer and when we both went to different classes also cut contact with him. I’m not really good at forgiving people so that’s partially why I cut contact with him. 6. Some annoying popular kid in my class managed to find my social media (on which I was much more open about my identity than irl) and almost outed me as trans to the entire class, trying to tell my teacher I was “chosen name” instead of “name i go by irl/deadname” and later yelling my preferred pronouns at me from across the cafeteria trying to get my attention. I got too scared to go to school because of it and still avoid him to this day. I also decided to stop going by the name because I started associating it with this experience. I am still not out to anyone in the entire school but hopefully I can find the confidence soon. 7. Had a white teacher say the n word. She was quoting something but she could’ve just left it out. Half of the class was shocked and the other half was laughing. Not super crazy stories once again, but it still feels nice to drop them here and finally be a bit more open about things in my life :]
We had a bomb/weapon threat on our school and I live in Europe so that normally doesn't happen. The whole school got evacuated by police without uniform and the school went on a lockdown with police with (I think) AKs surrounding the building. In the end, it ended up being one of the students who got dared to send a picture of his (illegal) gun to the school. oh, and my school was known for the alcohol and shisha trades. And the teachers smoked together with the students.
Before I showed up at my high school, there was rumors about how frequently students would dip out from class and have intercourse in the restrooms, and I don't mean open, logical discussions. While it probably did happen during my time there, the school staff tried to really limit how much time a student could spend outside of the classroom during their classes: "Five minutes or you won't be able to ask to go for the rest of the week," or that type of thing. The time crunch is real, but I don't think they recognized that some people don't even need that long to perform a pee break AND some hanky panky, considering they are hormonally rigged like a bomb. Any sudden movement might make them explode.. Erm, anyways, thankfully during my time at high school, there are just two girls who I know of who got pregnant (in my grade). There must've been a pretty good gap in pregnancies between mine and young students, maybe two years before the next pregnancy, so maybe this worked after all..? I would also like to note that there was also a lot of drug dealing around our school. Police dogs were almost routinely summoned to the school to sniff out lockers.
Someone stole a urinal from the boys' bathroom. Like, the whole thing. To this day I have no idea how the heck they managed to do that, let alone carry it out of the bathroom without being seen. A sophomore girl got in a fight with a freshman, whipped off her belt and beat the other girl in the face with the buckle end. Took three teachers and the principal to finally restrain her. Police were called and she bit one of the officers on the hand hard enough to break the skin when he tried to cuff her. The last anyone ever saw of her she was being hauled away with blood around her mouth while howling like a crazed banshee. Rumor was she wound up in juvenile detention for like a year. The girl she beat up was in the hospital for weeks and when she finally returned to school she was missing an eye. Two students robbed a gas station late at night. The guy working behind the counter was having none of it and beat the crap out of both of them. They were both arrested. Weed. Lots and lots of kids being busted for weed. Rampant vandalism of cars in the parking lot. Constant theft. If you left anything lying around or turned your back for a second, you could kiss your property goodbye. I could go on.
My 6th grade science teacher told us a story about how when he and his friend went to a blockbuster store and were in one isle of the store when some other kid in the store blew up his hand with a firecracker.
Ugh, my friend brought a knife, weed, and a vape to school. Threatened somebody with the knife, he got expelled. We had a huge smoking and vaping problem.
why is this channel so fire. I've been watching for like 1 and a half years. pls mention me in one of your vids pls 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺. Nah I'm jking but your vids are fire🔥🔥🔥.
Story 4: Why did they separate the boys to search their backpacks? Can girls not use explosives? Was the threat specifically that a boy would use a bomb?
@@Pickle-tickler145 if you listened then you'd know that they only separated the boys but didn't do the same to the girls plus the girls participated in the search of the boys bags.
This guy in my year stabbed a girl in the leg once!!! He still goes there, but those who brought in tiny starter guns got expelled!!!!!!! We live in England, and they’re clearly water guns. The school just found them in convenient. 💀😭
Mainly Facts your comments on "not knowing what to do about school" is exactly the problem we have today. We don't know what to do and don't care enough to find out
I was once hit in the leg with a firework from a malfunctioning tube. It shot through the wall of the tube instead of going into the air. Thankfully, it didn’t explode. I did end up with a large purple welt where the high velocity blue ball of flame hit my bare shin…..
12:52 Holy crap, is that girl okay? Obviously that comment was out of pocket from her, but she got thrown down 3 stories?! Can’t imagine that ended without at least a few broken bones.
Small school, small classes. My sophomore year over half the class got caught vaping the day before hoco. I wasnt apart of it, but ny whole class was punished, we where disqualified from the parade float contest. Of the kids caught, in a class of 14, 3 girls got in trouble. Multiple boys were caught with them, but none of them got in trouble. It was pretty obviously because they all played football, but everyone was angry. The girls each got ISS for two days.
This story isn’t entirely illegal but it’s very tragic regardless. In 5th grade I met a close friend, let’s call her E. E and I had a great time together but we sorta drifted from apart from each other. Fast forward a few years and she very much gets into the wrong crowd. When I was a sophomore in high school she overdosed (idk what on). It didn’t devastate me that bad bc we weren’t close anymore but it really fucked up a whole lot of people bc of how popular and likable she was, and the school was somber for a few weeks. But the worst part was her bf. So fucked up that he dropped out, moved to a trailer park, and started making and selling meth, even though he always firmly denies doing it. This was a few years ago but considering how things are around here he’s either still doing it or in jail.
Their used to be some farm boys that would sell weed in the bathrooms, and i did buy some and this was some crazy shit turns out it was laced i got lucky and ever since then i go to dispensary's only, this was 8 years ago.
My school was riddled with paedophilia from the teachers. Also not a legal then but would be illegal now. the school was mainly catholic which led to lots of homophobia.
9:06 bruh ! where did this guy go to school at ?! this high school sounds like a pure hell hole, about like that brandell high portrayed in the movie 'The Principal'
Idk if this is illegal but it probably breaks some sanitary regulations or something. In the boys bathroom there is no toilet paper and we have to go to the office to get some (the office is like 1.25 football fields from the toilets) Edit: I completely forgot that a couple weeks ago there was an attempted murder. A kid in the lowest class tried to stab another kid during Japanese class but was stopped by a different kid
One kid robbed some other in front of the store where everyone but freshmen go for lunch. Some guy who was with the kid doing the robbing was let in the school by some of the guys who hang out at the little known exits for that reason, they are little known and easy to skip a class there and caused me and my class to be trapped in the same room for three hours and missed lunch. School dismissed early Tldr some kid robbed another and his friend was let in the school trapping kids in on room for 3 hours
I went to school in Detroit what highly illegal thing didn't take place in my school? We found hypodermic needles next to signs that said "just say no to drugs" Pretty sure between us and New York My generation inspired 21 jump Street. That's a TV show, children.
my close buddy was joking about shooting up the school, when the cops went to his house they found multiple unregistered guns and an operating RPG, kid got expelled and cops swept in under the rug
I was sexually assaulted at school, and the guy isn’t getting in trouble, it’s the same school which “takes pride in making everyone feel comfortable” yeah sure Katie I’ll believe that when you actually care
It’s not my story but it’s my husband‘s one day when he was sitting in class in about 1994. He went to the school called project pride in our town that doesn’t exist anymore and this is a story that ended it, so there were a lot of students that couldn’t go to contrition in school to do their gang affiliations and they were placed in a special school that was regular high school, but just now kept them kind of segregated to their special groups and my husband was put in class and one day he heard a lot of steps coming up the stairs. I was back here to go at the time and then class in his backpack so he wrapped it thinking they were coming for him know they were coming for another kid. They proceeded to then throw out the window, and this kid died in the teachers arms and it fucking destroyed that teacher and schools closed down immediately.
3 teachers married students after they graduated. One literally the next day. 1 sophomore's 30yo baby daddy would come visit her and her child (we had an on site daycare so do with that what thou wilt) Had a teacher hold on to a knife a student brought in (was doing the kid a solid by not calling the cops but still) That's all that comes to mind.
Nothing happened AT school but in 6th grade I was told the "strange" kid stopped coming to school because he tried to unalive his mom with a baseball bat. Could it have been a lie? Yeah. Do I believe it's probably true? Yes.
I don’t know if this is illegal but, my social studies teacher showed us “all quiet on the western front” the 2022 version, and oh my god it’s so gorey, like i’m pretty sure you need to get parental permission before showing a movie that gorey.
Not sure I’d classify this as illegal, just amazingly stupid. OK, so I went to a school for the blind as a teen because I’m visually impaired. Anyway, it was also a boarding school, so a lot of us that didn’t live immediately around the school lived at the school during the year and on prom night, all of us juniors, seniors, were at prom, so there are very few people left the school and three boys went down to the boys locker room one totally blind guy in two partials (had usable vision) and thought it would be fun to try and make a flamethrower out of one of those little wall air fresheners…. They had a lighter and started poking holes in it. It exploded, causing the guy holding it to get 2nd and 3rd degree burns over a good percentage of his body. The other partial guy ran away, leaving the blind guy to help get the burned one all the way to the nurse. This was back in 2002 so while we did have cell phones, the boy’s locker room was in the basement which didn’t have the best service. Guys got to the nurse which was several flights of steps up, a good hike, and another building away, and a few months later, the one who got burned came back to school and last I heard, he was fine.
this has been nagging me for some time now, i dont care for content warnings, however, i have noticed throughout the past few months of watching this channels content, that each time there is a content warning and a timestamp mentioned on screen, there is no actual time listed to skip foward to. just a heads up. alas still thoughtful to give content warnings.
So, I'm not american so we don't have guns and bombs in schools, but it is illegal to teach kids about LMBTQ stuff (it was big news in europe 2 years ago). So my brother being trans and walking around with pride pins is already a bit on the line. But on international trans day He put up a bunch of trans flags on pinboards around the school. It was taken down during the next period (the school could get in trouble for it so it is understandable).
My middle school had issues but it was limited to select groups of kids, some of them vaped, the worst of it was gang affiliation and petty fights. I remember this one girl, she was was a very aggressive person, always trying to pick a fight with someone, she would throw stuff at the teachers and staff, hitting one in the head once. Think Rampage but in a classroom of 28
Great comment to add here, Had a girl in my school, to which I guess was liked by some boy. during recess time he ended up scaring her, at the same time as she had Hand SANITIZER.. YES.. Hand Sanitizer in her palms, and welp you can guess where it ended up. directly into her eyes.
