We do not plan to buy from here but while we are visiting with family we wanted to take a look at a few options. Fun video, it's always exciting to look at new manufactured homes. I really like the idea of the 3 bathrooms, especially for that many women. They all looked so nice, it would be great to have that much room. Bring us all along for the home tours. It actually makes sense, you already have the land.

Have you looked at the Deer Valley homes in Hot Springs? Country Comfort homes were awesome to work with and we were able to make a lot of personal changes and have it built.

I'd also order what you want... Interest rates will be coming down sooner than later. You go room to room and order outlets, wall finish, siding, steel roof, fixtures...etc

Hahaha tell your daughter that the company I work for makes lots of money adding outlets to houses because they don't have enough or they are not in the "right" place . More is always better. I have always liked the look of the stone skirting. Nice looking houses and I am sure all the ladies will tell you exactly what you want Anson 🤣🤣

The four bedroom would be awesome if Rosi and Raul wanted to join in but they prefer the shedroom until the cabin gets built. Soonest we get home we will be sharing what we're going with.

A manufactured home is usually hauled in on trailers and bolted down to a foundation. It gets much better insurance rates and should have lower financing rates. You want to avoid anything that stays on wheels.

This is a good option for financing. Quick has what you need, and you can pay on it. You can build this model for half the price, but you'd have to build it, and you'd have to find financing. Pros and cons. Hey you need a place quick this is it!

The moisture from the bathroom/shower/bath / will ruin your clothes in an open closet and even if the closet has a door moisture could still get in from under the door . So you would need to put a rolled up towel or something at the bottom of the door to keep the moisture out of the closet.

Yeah we didn't like that closet being in the bathroom like that or even having a door to a closet in the bathroom. I think we have decided on the house were going with and will also be making plans for modifications to one were choosing.

All the homes look nice. Are Raul and Rosa moving in also? Then you would need the four bedroom. I'm sure you will make the right decision for the family's needs.

We have asked if they want to move into the house and they would prefer staying in the bigger shedroom until their cabin is built. Only because all of their furniture wouldn't fit into the rooms of these houses.

@@IveysFamilyFactotum Make sure you pour your concrete pad before it arrives. If you ask the dealer they will tell you the dimensions you need for the pad.

Consider a basement adds double the square footage for a frction of the price, and you can get it into your financing, they can add basement entries into about any model.

For our updated time limit and current budget we need something already built and installed. For all other houses or cabins we will be building those from scratch.
