Today's video shows how I used moulds to create beautiful designs on old bottles I found in my MIL basement. AND...making bottle stoppers for those bottles. Watch to see what I do.

I’m loving these bottles. Hobby Lobby sells the most beautiful buttons that I buy when they are on sale. They look like the pieces from Simply Dazzel. Wow, sweet friend, you turned the blah pieces into really beautiful pieces. The bottle stoppers were over the top wonderful. I’d say the green was my favorite as you really did some fabulous work with your moulds. 😊❤

Great video! That last jar was definitely my fave and love how you turn trash into pure art... I have to see something to be able to make my own version. I have never seen bottles done more beautiful than these!! They are gorgeous. I'm going to have to try this. I had forgotten I wanted to purchase some of the voodoo light stain. (I know I spelt that wrong because I hadn't heard of it until I saw you use it on another video but I couldn't find it. Everywhere I looked they were out of it. Loved this video!! 💖

Just turned out beautiful. I have a Martha Stewart pearlescent paint which is kind of translucent and adds a nice Shimmer on top of other paints. This gave me a lot of great ideas. Thanks for sharing

Thanks so much. I forgot to mention the corks. Actually my MIL had those, too. They were really hard rubber stops. I had to cut one down because it was too big. You could probably use a regular cork too. Have a great week 💕

I meant to ask you, was that the color "natural" in the voodoo stain you used at the end?

Yes, it’s called Au Naturel. But on this piece I just mixed a tiny bit of the Tobacco Road stain with the natural to just add a hit of darker brown. Sometimes the Tobacco Road is too dark all by itself. Thanks friend 💕

@@Freddybender123 I guess I’m a 3rd generation or more. I learned to sew by my grandmother and my mom both. Sadly, my daughter is not a crafter but my son is a furniture designer. Now his daughter has caught the bug. Today we sat and watched the premiere and she was so funny. At the end she said “Grammy I can’t pick a favorite and love them all.” She’s only 5 but loves art and is already crafting with me when she comes to my house. And I’m already teaching her how to sew. She is my Mini Me. 💕
