They don’t get hot and sting when I feel like I may pass out but that does happen to me at other random times. Sometimes my feet + toes, sometimes my ears, sometimes my fingers will turn bright red, feel hot and sting. It’s Dysautonomia with vasovagal syncope. My calves also swell throughout the day ever since the triplets which I am always really self conscious about. A tilt test is a common diagnostic procedure. My chiropractor is also helping me a lot with all of this because our spine and skull house our spinal cord and brain which is super important to the nervous system. So if my spine is out of alignment and pinching something, putting pressure or interfering with the circulation of CSF, it will affect the nervous system negatively.

Well thanks so much! I’ve always loved being active + eating healthy. I trained as a ballerina for 14 years and then switched my focus to running after high school. I ended up with my bachelors degree in exercise science. Working out helps me relieve stress and I typically work out 4-5 days a week lifting and running.🤗 I’m definitely not the “bounce back” girl. It took me about 18-20 months after the triplets to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight + fitness level
