I think it’s underestimated by your viewers the amount of time you spend on these vlogs and videos of all kinds. I’m really glad you took time for a proper break. Everyone deserves that.
I was taught by a Greek chef that you need to use vine tomatoes and sprinkle them with salt to bring out the juices, then add your red onion, cucumber, olive oil and oregano, delish! enjoy xx

When I was vacationing in Greece, all I wanted to eat was Greek salad and a kabob skewer and Greek yogurt…every day I was happy with just that. I think what makes the salad taste so good is the ingredients. The flavor of the tomatoes mixed in with the flavor of the feta cheese with the extra virgin olive oil makes the perfect dressing when incorporated all together. I heard that Greece’s dry climate in which the tomatoes are grown in concentrate the flavor of the fruit and make it more tasty. I think that the olive oil produced in Greece or Spain are the best. Try and get oil with low acidity level, usually posted on the label. I get mine from a Mediterranean market. I’m happy that you’ve enjoyed your well deserved vacation.

I’m Zeta love your videos and your adorable pets ❤for your horiatiki -as we say the Greek salad here in Greece -you always need tomato cucumber onion -whatever colour -green pepper olives maybe few capers and for the sauce good olive oil little drops of vinegar salt and certainly oregano and happy days !!!a tip for a good tzatziki when you are cutting your cucumber please always drain it and leave it for a few seconds with vinegar and salt meanwhile chop your dill and combine the rest of the ingredients at the end good olive oil !!!

Hi Alex, your salad looked love,y. A lot of Greeks use red wine vinegar in a Greek salad with good olive oii. You can also try using dried mint if you don’t have oregano , hope this helps.

However, I've got a question, please: I think, I saw, that the "mother"-cat had a long tail unlike the kittens so I don't hope, they had to suffer from the painful and unnecessary procedure of "tail docking". Thank you ☺️ and no you’re mistaken, mum 100% has no tail and was born that way, just like a couple of the kittens. However a couple of kittens inherited a long tail like their dad so perhaps it was one of them you spotted x

By the way: It's the so unbelievably good, very thick, often nearly dark green Greek olive oil made by the olive tree keepers themselves which tastes so deliciously. The Greeks also use it to drop it on soaked-in-water bread and eat it when it's very hot outside. My grandfather, a German classicist, translated old parchment rolls for the museum there, he's also buried there, and he lived many years on Crete ( Kreta ) so I do know the Greek cuisine very well. Nothing.. there are certain breeds of cat that have no tails. Some of the kittens inherited no tail like their mum, but you’ll notice some do have a tail - like their dad

With respect, please don’t make assumptions or question my treatment of my animals from a few seconds of footage filmed over 48 hours. I can assure you both are loved and treated just as well as each other. They are individual dogs with individual personalities, I won’t force myself onto them when they might not feel like it just to satisfy viewers online.
Are you kidding me? You actually found the need to criticize Alexx on treating one dog better then the other. I've seen no one who treats all of her animals equally and better then Alexx does. From watching a few videos you came to this conclusion? As an animal lover myself and owning several dogs and cats I just can't even believe anyone would make a comment like that. Animals are so different with different personalities. Some love loads of attention and others don't even want a pet no and then. Hope you have a lovely day.
