Oohh I love the Ins and Outs idea! My Ins are: - off of screens (phone, iPad, computer) more than on screens outside of work (computer programming would be hard not in front of a computer 40 hours a week 😆) - eating without judgement and fueling my body properly - sunshine, absolutely agree with you that even a 5-10 minute walk outside really does wonders for my mental health - treating myself like I treat my best friends Outs: - apologizing for things that don't need an apology - make fun of things that I enjoy. sometimes when I talk about hobbies I enjoy, I make a joke out of it when...I can say I enjoy something without judging myself or assuming others are judging it - underestimating myself

Worried until yesterday when I watched this video! Querida Julia I'm so happy to learn that you recovered from your knee surgery. I always recommend your channel to all my E.S.L. students. I guess I told you I retired from AA in Argentina, so let me know if you happen to get a flight to EZE. I know that they usually do them the MIA based F/As, but who knows...Maybe some day your can come to B.A. Well, it's always a pleasure to watch your videos and listen to your wise words, by the way something you said yesterday in your video, and if you let me give you a piece of advice, just ignore mean and envious people when the write or say aggressive comments. At this point in life it's something I've learned very well. We have to keep the good memories, and the deep loving feelings from friends, family, passengers, and everyone who gives you true felt words of kindness and love. Keep on with your lovely videos, and places you show from your layovers and flights, with the great music and views from the flights it's always so beautiful to watch!! I was in customer service business also and people get really ugly and nasty, listen to them but don’t the only people that matter are family and close friends. Also keep working out weather walking or lifting weights it keeps your head clear.

As far as work goes, just remember what i think i heard you say once and that is when you are done with the flight, if someone got upset with you, just remember that you will most likely never see them again. I just loved the way Luna just stayed by your side when you came home from the hospital. It is kind of ironic, but i am working on trying to make sure i get enough sleep just like you are doing

I am glad you are back to normal activity since your knee surgery. I have watching you for about over a year and enjoy learning what you do as a flight attendant. I also like see all the places you go. A lot of people don't have the means to go places, as I said I like to learn about the places you go and see all beautiful places.. My wife and I are middle aged and began to travel more and learn about the different cultures around the world, thanks for what you do and keep up the good work. Glad you are back to traveling , I have sure missed your content on traveling and letting us know where are you going in a days work , example the different legs of travel in a single day.
