Online people spread hate against each others religion....but in reality Hindus and muslims both respect each other.. And in most of the cases a Hindu always has a muslim bestfriend😅
I am from Hyderabad. I went to attend my friend's brother's reception. They're Muslims. Although I was literally the only vegetarian guest, they had a separate vegetarian stall. There were only jeera rice, chhole bhature and dal tadka. The food was tasty. I was surprised because I thought I have to go home without food. I was glad they had a vegetarian food stall. I thanked my friend for it.
I think the most important part to understand this is, not everyone can afford different types of meals. I'm from South india and most of us are nonvegetarians. So we will be serving biriyani in almost all the function and just a simple veg curry and white rice will be cooked just in case if a vegetarian would come. This types of buffet sets with so many dishes are only seen in rich, like really rich people's houses.
I have been to two Muslim weddings but I never struggled for vegetarian food... they both had a great selection of vegetarian food and it was kept separate from non-vegetarian food too. The food was awesome. I never had such delicious vegetable biryani... 😋

I have muslim and Christian friends and they always arrange a separate space for vegetarians...even once I avoid eating onions so when she called me..she prepare lunch without onion for her whole family also.
Being a Muslim it's a cultural shock for me because we have a mandatory veg section for vegetarians in our marriages. Chicken-Mutton ki 5 dishes ki jagah 2 dishes ho to chalta hai but without vegetarian food nahi chalta.

Yes every marriage irrespective of religion I attended have both veg and non veg dishes. In Muslim weddings too we always have vegetarian options like pulao, mixed veg, dal, naan, deserts and fruit salad.
My sister wedding is in February. We have booked 2 kitchens also which came alongwith 2 halls (gents and ladies separate). So decided to use one kitchen for non veg and one for veg. Also cooks are different as they r expert in their food. And for vegetarians, we hv puri, daal makhani, paneer butter masala, naan, zeera rice and mixed vegetables . Baaki salads, ice cream , gajar ka halwa, gulab jamun, rosgulla h.. Hamare bht saare friends vegetarian h..
Having separate kitchens and chefs is infact a great idea and I personally as a vegetarian would appreciate that if the bride's/groom's side does this ❤️

Muslim weddings usually have a separate vegetarian section with many dishes. I don't know how it wasn't at this one 🤔 And there is usually so many types of chaat as well...
Mai vagtarian hu or mera liya bhi yahi dikkat hoti thi. Sirf coffee se kam chala lati thi. Per mari close friend ne apni sister ki shadi me hindo ke liya next day vagtarian party dedi thi. or phir 1 time mane khana khya.aaj bhi mujhe apni friend ki yad aati hai. 😞😞

Only rice and daal 🤔 I'm a Muslim too but we arrange a good menu for vegetarians as well ..like Shahi paneer,mix veg, tava veg,dal makhni ,chola Puri ,dahi bada ,rasgullas etc.
I'm not vegetarian but any Muslim wedding I've been to had Vegetarian side and Non-vegetarian side plus those common stands for food like pav bhaji pani puri plus their desserts

when I went to a Muslim reception for the first time I had an idea of kuch kuch hota hai type wedding,like after qubool hai qubool hai,everybody would celebrate n dance but the nikah was read in separate rooms of groom n bride. Aur phir hamare sapney, sapney hi reh gaye. Finally the way you ate I also ate n came back. But it was a good experience.
Mam Hindus will always love respect and honour any religion be it Christmas or Idd wala religion jo bhi ho Hindus always welcome and enjoy but problem is in kattarpanti of muslims and some Christmas people who r so rigid so rigid they will never say anything else than that allah and jesus kabhi Jai shri Ram bhi bolo hame bhi accha Lage 🙏🏼👍 bolo jai shri ram ji 🙏🏼👍

I have been to a Muslim wedding once. They had a completely separate section for vegetarians. It was good to see we weren't left out. I was also thinking hame kuch milega ya nahi but there were many options. They had taken care of everyone.
I love Muslim weddings so traditional.. and I am pure vegetarian and had attended some Muslim weddings and there is also vegetarian option in a good way . Lots of vegetarians.🤗🤗
