Red bean anything fucking SLAPS. Red bean soup, red bean ice cream, red bean buns, red bean jelly, red bean milk tea, red bean mochi, red bean donut. I swear we Koreans are conditioned to love red bean.

I wish I could get behind it, I'm always trying new red bean stuff to see if I like it and it's always the texture. I don't mind the taste at all it almost reminds me of sweet potato but the texture makes me so nauseous!

Anyways, bibimbap is pretty simple and don’t need Korean ingredients, especially if you don’t have access to it. Rice, spinach, carrots, beef (marinated is preferable, like bulgogi), red pepper paste (or any spicy paste), bean sprouts, and egg are generally the staples for bibimbap. Most of this can be found at a local grocery store.

What bibimbap are you eating for it to cost $15? 🥲 I'm so curious what the ingredients are for that bibimbap lol
