I love your tips and pointers! Your videos are always informative and fun to watch. Also, I love your presentation style. So many presenters can be loud and annoying, but you use a normal volume and you don't act over-excited to get people's attention. That's one of the things that makes me keep watching your videos. Keep doing what you're doing.
We lived in Southern Alabama for 3 years. Have been to Dauphin Island. First time we went was with no reservations. Didn't realize there is only 1 motel! Fortunately they had 2 rooms left. Also did the ferry. Such a great trip. Did you go to the Aquarium? That was amazing.
The best places we had down there was Miguel’s beach and Baja. Tacos were amazing. Foxys is always a hit and for a sit down restaurant, pirates was pretty good as well
Sounds like you had a great time! Eating out is half the fun! We love trying new places & checking out local food markets too. Dauphin Island looks beautiful & very relaxing.
My mother developed a seafood allergy late in life due to an Iodine dye test she had to have run. After that she had to be very careful to not have iodine in any form including table salt. It's funny how foods or other things can go from safe to eat or use to causing problems when you get older. Looks like a really nice place to vacation.
How great to see you in my neck of the woods! I'm in Northern Arizona right now, but I'm originally from South Alabama. We have the most beautiful beaches and yummy food.

This was my first time visiting Alabama and it was really nice! I really do wish I had gotten some footage of my breakfast at The Ugly Diner, it was AMAZING.
Next time you go, please drive into Fairhope. It’s just a lovely little town just off the bay. They have adorable shops & for dinner you must visit Gambino’s! They have amazing Italian food!!

From north Alabama here! We went to Dauphin Island for our 7th grade class trip. Loved seeing this area highlighted! So sad you can’t have shellfish anymore, but glad you found some yummy food! Love your channel. 😁 and Duke’s… yessss.
Sounds like a nice vacation! I also love going to grocery stores when visiting. If it's in a different region, I'll often pick up a seasoning ingrecient or condiment that's specific to that area.
Just saw this video! We currently live in Pensacola, FL- so very close to Dauphin Island! (I’m originally from Pittsburgh and my husband is from the DC area.) We are moving back north, though!
Looks like plenty of good food! I'm originally from Savannah so we usually go down there to the beach while visiting family. But I love the Alabama coast. It is only a 5 hour drive from here so we can make a 3 day weekend out of it. Moon Pies are everywhere down here. 😆They are made here in Chattanooga. We have a Moon Pie store downtown that is pretty neat. I'm glad you had a fun trip!

I also developed a shellfish allergy much later in life. There is hope though, after almost 10 years I'm supposed to be able to eat it again after further allergy testing. I've only tried shrimp again so far, and ONE fried clam over this past summer.

i love getting donuts and coffee, i hate when they don't even sell coffee or the coffee is terrible, what is with that? crazy! Those donuts looked good, I also liked the waffle bar, so cute!
First of all, I found your channel very recently and I love your content and you! Secondly, I live in Fairhope and the next time you go to Dauphin Island, make sure you take a day trip to Fairhope, you won't be disappointed. Third,my son is the Meat Dept manager over 12 Greers stores, including the Bayou LaBatre store! Thanks for the mention! Bayou LaBatre has a huge Vietnamese community with great little food places. Next time that would be an adventure. Hope you come back to Alabama soon!
