Love this! Babies aren’t trying to be difficult. I always try to say to myself, I can’t take back anger/frustration. That motivates me to be calmer and more chill when getting flustered!

Any seeds or nuts that I get especially hemp flax and chia I put them in the freezer to keep them longer I do not know if you are supposed to put chia seeds in the freezer but they still work the same when I bake with them so I think the freezer keeps ground flax pretty well

I also burn dishes waaaay more than I used to. I wish there were quick solutions besides cereal when that happens bc take out is typically too late by then. Ugh. Mom life is so good but so hard!

Thanks for sharing! Can you share more about your hair routine. I know you mentioned you only wash it now cause the shampoo you use is too expensive. Can you slip in a little about your transition. I am sure it went through it and also eating Vegan helps a lot when you have a clean diet.
