I’m really going to miss this type of video, but I’m here for whatever you choose to put out. I just most of all hate that Trolls push good people around. I do have 1 thing to say about Olive Atelier. I hate that this is even the case but we know when we order there pieces aren’t able to be returned. it’s our job to read the descriptions. But I have ordered at least 5 different times, orders ranging from $220- almost $400 and on my last month’s order I got the smaller paper mache bowl without the rim. Well the outside ring of the rimmed one is pretty hard, this one is much softer. Which makes sense. Anyways I opened it up and a 4inch piece is not there. I emailed them the very next day. I sent them a pic and all they are offering me is a 20% refund. Maybe some may think that’s fair but considering my past orders and it’s a $30 bowl, I feel like they could’ve replaced it. I told them this and they replied that it’s probably from the humidity in Tx. That’s just a word of caution for anyone reading this not to you yourself Brenda! I love their pieces and I feel they’re fairly reasonable for what you’re getting, I was just very disappointed in their customer service.
