Emily(sakuems) is a very nice person who suffer's terrible Anxiety... it does take ages to recieve her order's but it's because she makes them up as order's come in. I'm pretty sure she states time frames in her RU-vid videos... I'm in Australia and yes it takes forever but she has never been rude to me... she is struggling right now so hope this doesn't put people off buying her products
I’m sure she has different experiences with different customers. As I stated, her art is fab so to not let that defer people from buying the art but to just be prepared. It’s not about how long it takes to get it. It’s about how she handled the interactions with the inquiry through email through the platform. If you saw the messages, then you would understand the novel length defensive responses and deflections but I thought I would spare giving too many more details to people of what occurred. In my opinion, doesn’t matter how talented of an artist you are. Running a business means you have to have good customer service and communication skills. That is not how she handled things, I do think her art though is worth the hardship so thought I would drop a warning though to people about what to expect. I’m an honest person and I always give honest reviews about my products and experiences. She also had inconsistencies in what was stated on her page in different places, and didn’t honor the statements. Hopefully she fixed that after our experience. Thanks for the feedback.
Well, I can’t recommend it enough if you can manage it. Especially if you have any kind of discomfort. The best thing you can do is keep your mind on other things. Also helps you relax and heal faster.
