hi am Poornima, I am full time worker for all 5 days of the week and get free time on Saturday and Sunday. here I show you what meals I cook and eat on a weekend.
🫛Instant Mung bean and egg Dosa recipe

Mung bean 1.5 cups soaked overnight or 4hrs.
cumin seeds 1 tsp
Ginger (small size)
pepper 1 tsp
dry chilli 2
egg 1
Suji rava 3 tbsp
salt
Grind all of the ingredients together in a jar until you get a smooth consistency.
you can make dosas instantly using this batter. Apply ghee for extra flavour and cook until it turns crispy.
