Dylan, I've been doing sales and I'm a top closer for a home improvement marketing company with 9 years experience. I don't know anything about google ads or fb ads, but i know how to make websites in go highlevel. I can close deals all day (I currently close 3 deals at day at my current job selling 750 sign up fee and $1000 month adspend). I feel like hiring a VA to just service my guys for me is the best use of my time and fastest way for me to scale. I want to be able get started immediately and just cold call and close deals.

Inspiring video Dylan. I heard from many SMMA owners that they use boosting tools (mostly a little bit of Famester) to help them along the way - that's part of their strategy, and clients don't mind it as long as they see results.

How do you handle closing without testimonials. I did smma ecom. I made some money but wasnt ideal. Im doing youtube ads for roofing agencies with GHL features too. And a little more. Im asking 2500. Im doing cold calls and its has been difficult getting ahold of the company owner. They dont read the facebook messages I send. Ive posted some comments in roofing groups. But theyve been bombarded.

Sample size is usually recommended for every 100-150 dials. So keep switching up the script after every 100-150 attempts until you reach the goals you're tracking.

If your smma is not succeeding, think about the last week what have you done? Have you spent over 8 hours a day on outreach? are you actually taking action? are you working weekends? If not no wonder your SMMA cannot get off the ground.
