The traditional career path was really challenging, and I remember the stress of managing bills and dipping into my savings. After a lot of research, I decided to explore an alternative investment strategy since I couldn’t rely solely on ETFs and bonds due to my time constraints. Over two years, I saw a return of $1 million and eventually retired with $3 million. Looking back, I’m simply appreciative that this experience led me to make changes that worked for me
Breaking free from the rat race is the start. You mentioned returns. how do you tell if its a result of research or luck? we tend to downplay the role of luck in investing
when it's consistent, it goes beyond luck. research was the challenge till it led to Emily Ava Milligan, a top fund manager, her strategy made 310k into this and counting
I pasted her name into my browser, and her website popped right up. It became clear she's in high demand. Your example is rare. I stumble on gems when I least expect to. thanks for the share
Same. At first I thought it may be real, but then a joke? Ad then this video made me think it may be real again???? I remember googling this "grant" once and reach inconclusive answers.
It’s not real lol I think she’s just implying that previously when she “had the grant” she had the savings to not work full time but she doesn’t have those kind of savings anymore so the “grant” is no more.
@@99Psyc OMFGGGGGG i’m so sorry i fucked up hahahahah the hypocrisy of me calling out your viewing comprehension when my own reading comprehension is 📉📉📉 i’ve been spending too much time reading tiktok comment sections and am on the defensive apparently. bless u thank u 💓

The finance thing make sense, I've never really thought about it before. Im subbed to quite a few of them. The people who watch those finance channels are usually people who are more concerned with financial stability, so if you have a product that helps with that, either an product investment, news, or even lifestyle product, you can put an ad on that youtubers video and theres actually a decent chance a viewer will see value in your product and buy it. As long as it helps them either get cheaper services, or a is a small cost but has a chance to make them more money if they use it properly, the people watching have a good shot at being convinced to buy. Also, lets be honest, its generally gonna be the wealthier sort of people who follow investment/financial channels. So the audience just has more money to spend in general and are better targets for ads.
Was really hoping you’d figure out how to make enough $ without a FT job. I quit my soulless tech job a few months after you and felt so seen when I discovered your videos. I kept telling myself “Katherout is still unemployed so I can still be unemployed” but now that rationale no longer holds. Good luck!
I work for a charity EdTech startup and have absolutely loved it! I think a small organisation would work well for you - good level of variety and autonomy and lots of opportunities to manage projects/drive your own work
New sub here, I just want to thank you for being so transparent about your real experience in life and not acting fake. I really love your hairstyle, as a straight haired lady, I remember getting perms to have my hair look like that. Sorry for that tangent, I just want to let you know that I appreciate your honesty and transparency with your video. I wish you good luck with your life. My plan is to read that book, when do you have book club? Thanks, take care, peace-out! Court
Much respect to you for putting yourself out there. It takes courage for sure! Agreed, Seattle is definitely about who you know ( like most places but I feel you if you've only been here for 2 years). Welcome btw 🤗 I'm a local artist here, I'll keep my ear to the ground for any job opportunities. Wishing you the best ❤
I hope one day you find safety and security, but it's clear as day that something has lead you off your path. I imagine many goals and dreams have not been achieved and you're spinning your wheels hoping for some sort of solitude. You're safe, you're loved, and you have not let anyone down.
She definitely knows that - that's what she meant when she said she could make a ton of money with finance vids - but that's not what she wants to make
