The food industry has a lot to answer for regarding false food added to make food taste like food ! Only now am I am aware how much sugar is in packaged food !

She did!!! . It didn’t happened in her area . A lot of disasters is happening all around the world and not just in Hawaii. Plus To navigate around disasters, health is important. I don’t know why she should stopped advising and teaching people to take care of themselves before it’s too late . She went through a lot of disasters and distressful situations herself before when in Texas and more but nobody cared as it wasn’t in the media and she supported her community as she always did since she started from the beginning. She is far from being self centered .

Not everyone has a choice to afford to have this much property to grow their own food the amount that she suggests insane and unpractical . Kristina grew up privileged ( not knocking it) but God for bid a poor person say they cant afford something lol
@@katherinewalker9812some people are poor our cant afford houses. Empathy. It's a lifestyle. Why dont you try it? I'm struggling through college and rent is 1650. I doubt Kristina does this deliberately, but I dont think she factors in underprivileged or struggling subscribers. Shes human.
That's because these videos are designed to sell you a lifestyle, then a product. Each video I'd an infomercial of some sort. I'm not knocking it, just saying the content will be more shifted to the haves vs the have nots. Now I don't think this is what she is trying to do.

Kristina I am committed to this lifestyle. I'm just concerned about getting enough protein. Last time I tried to go completely vegan, my hair shed a lot more and it scared me. How much protein do you eat? I purchased the Sun Warrior beauty green collagen and protein powder which I put in my smoothies, one scoop of each. I just want to make sure I am eating enough. I had a papaya smoothie today it was heavenly. ❤️😊
My hair grew in so beautifully when I intentionally ate a lot of meat and eggs. It was shocking. I admit I don't understand why plants are considered better by some.
@@hopefulforhumanity5625 it's just that plants are not a product of cruelty. That's the most important benefit. Other than that they're good for the veins and the heart as far as I know but I think the single most important thing is that animal cruelty is truly gigantic in the production of eggs, milk, and meat.
